Knowing what you know now...if you could travel back in time, what would do differently from when you first started? What would the noob you do differently?
That's a good one. There's a lot of things I would've done differently, and many I would've kept the same

How about a series of symptom friendly cycles, since sides are an issue for most:
Prostate Friendly Cycle
Liver Friendly Cycle
Blood Pressure Friendly Cycle
Gyno Friendly Cycle
Etc.

How about we do one on the broader spectrum of healing? Things like tendon healing, shoulder healing and rehab, knees, muscle and connective tissue tears, etc. It's something we all deal with on a fairly regular basis and we could probably all use as much knowledge as we can get on it.

I second this...

I been employing a LOT of rehab'ish movements in my lifts and its really assisting for days and days after.. No real major injuries to date, but kinks and cranks have been subsided..

would be a great topic to see what others do far as injuries and recovery goes, set backs or general maintenance of staying injury free..

I got nothing :)

Honestly that is too technical for me. Would love to hear from a specialist.

Good point lol. It would be great to hear from some specialists on it, but I'd like to at least hear from everyone else on what they do. Heck you're the one that turned me on to the Supple Leopard book! It's done me a great service in treating my aches and pains and getting myself more mobilized so I don't continue hurting myself on things like squats

A specialist would totally get my full undivided attention, especially about the mechanisms in movements and why people can't understand that some simply just have genetic dispositions that hinder certain ranges of motions..Like Flat BB bench, no matter the size of my delts no matter the size or conditioning of my anterior, medial and posterior, and arm positioning flat BB is out the window for ME..

Some guys initiate or agitate areas, and other dudes are impervious..

Im definately interested in this to see if I can figure out my shoulder issue.
