I should keep it up just for me(Like Akira on IMF). IDK Im kind of lame now. I have only been using small amounts of test for a while now. And no one wants to watch a guy eat and lift just to get back into bikini shape every spring.

When I sit down and really think about what I have done and what its going to take to get "Big" for me, I realize I just don't want it enough. I only have so much time in a day and I like to snowboard, Play golf, cook, Backpack, Mt bike and really that stuff sets me back and cost money I would need to reallocate toward body building. I probably spent 3 grand on snow boarding this year alone.. I have never spent more than a 3-5 hundred on gear in a year. when I go snowboarding I cant go to the gym that day or the next couple because of the toll it takes on my injured legs same with backpacking.

On top of that with my kids having more and more activities.. Leaves less than optimal gym time... But it all just boils down to me not wanting it enough.

But hey at least I'm not blasting gears with out putting in the work.

I have one more day of snowboarding left this year(thurs is supposed to be a powder day 14in of fresh) then i will be back full throttle in the gym.

One thing i love is doing 1,000 body weight pushups before bed, really makes a difference imo.

thanks man , i been bulking for too long , lets see if i can cut my calories for 9 weeks.

i did clean bulk for a good 10 weeks but somewhere in the last 2 months i forgot about my diet and goals...lol

shoulders and abs today as well as 20mins on stairmaster.

Diet has been on point since i finished the rest of my junk food(a few days ago)
 
6 weeks left means its time for some devils piss.

Havent had carbs for 2 maybe 3 days , energy is down , ill refeed tomorow on Legday, maybe 180-250g
 
I would have to go get an EKG and a full health run over before hitting the tren again.

This site really just makes me want to blast gears again even though I know I shouldn't... Like for some reason I really want to run a deca cycle right now... while keeping cals just above maintenance. Like 3-400 test and 5-700 deca with 50 mgs dbol. And keep the food constant but clean and protein around 200 but under not over. basically a lean bulk with heavy deca and light test.
 
Man , fuck Deca.. it gives me bad bacne.
