    Spicing up the bland bird

Curious what others use to make the chicken more tolerable. 3 meals a day of this bird for so long forced myself to get used to eating it plain and chuggin it down with water.

Then a friend of mine turned me on to a sugar free bbq sauce G hughes i like the maple brown sugar flavor shit this stuff has changed my life. It also tasted really kick ass on my jasmine rice. A real game changer.

Curious about others discoveries on this matter variety is always good!

I find that if I cut mine into really small pieces it makes it easier to get down. I usually add a little olive oil, lemon, salt, pepper and hot sauce and wrap it up in a big ass lettuce leaf with some onion.

Kickin Chicken spice and parsley on small chicken pieces, along with wild rice and green beans...there's a great meal that's easy to make!

I bought some and was blown away...so now I use it regularly myself. Chicken should never be boring!

Ehh I kind of hate chicken to begin with, so mostly I stick to turkey and lean pork cuts. But then I only need like 125g of protein a day, so I can get away with that. One of the few advantages of being a woman!

We cut the chicken into small pieces, stir fry with avoc oil and basmati rice. Then I just heat it up and eat it with the rice so for the most part I don't notice it. When I get sick of chicken, I just chew it up, and chase it with water to get it down.

Really appreciate the ideas you guys are throwing out. I think my problem lies with me getting stuck on a one way track. Amazed that with all the seasoning options out there that i generally start using one and stick with it. WTF really need to pull my head out and change it up. Thanks for helping with this discovery kinda feel stupid! Lol
