    Just growing up watching sous chefs, chefs finish dishes as a kid. The rest is just passion for cooking as it is a family thing that brings us together. Photography wise; I just practice. Nothing special. Positioning and light is key. I have used a stock photo but rarely(only if it is something I like bit didn’t take a pic.(rare)*
    Key is color w fresh diced herbs, peppers, or a nice sauce!

    Just ate .5lb chicken breast and a plain baked potato with a blueberry muffin flavored protein shake. Slowly cleaning up the diet.

    I’d kill that dish! Love shrimp scampi w pasta. Been using the gluten free stuff for my girl. I barely notice a difference. Soo good

    Been roped into a charity event where we have to run 50miles in a week, decided to do 10 miles every morning (to make it easier... it sucks). So having a fairly large breakfast atm which is pretty fun to eat. 250g rice, 180-200g steak, half an avocado, 5 eggs and a coffee. Burning around 2,000kcal per run and still trying to home train in the evenings, so hoping this on top of the meals I have during the day wont let cardio kill gains... too much.
