Diet was the biggest for me. Training, chems and sleep are all easy.
 
I dont know about my physique. But diet has made everyday better. Switching from an everyday american diet to mostly whole foods with very little dairy and very little flour. I look better but I feel better also.

But yeah My pysique has a long way to go before the sun starts comming out.
