    My cardio is so fucking bad lol.

    30 minutes on the treadmill, 4 Incline 3.4mph and I'll be sweating by the end.

    4 years or so without any cardio besides training though. Guess I get what I deserve lol.

    Today was a cardio day

    45 mins on the stair master and 40 mins on the stationary bike.

    Iím also removing carbs from dinner on non work out and cardio only days... so itís fish and a salad for dinner.
