Currently working with a diet coach whos got me carb cycling trying to lose some fat/recomp before adding somr SERIOUS size.
Looking real good !!! Get a good tan , some slick clothes and go out and grab some hot tail every weekend !!!! Even if you have to start at the strip club to get your Mac game back up to speed .. The girls at the club will help you with that , just bring extra cash ... Anyways let’s see you in 3 months !!!! Good luck

Just got back from a nice Shoulder/Trap session.

Pre Meal was

7oz Chicken Breast
Cup Kidney Beans
Cup Mixed Greens
Tbs Olive Oil

Here is how the session went

DB Press 15,4,6,8,20

DB Side Lat 15,4,6,8,20

DB Front Raises 15,4,6,8,20

Rear Delt Pec Dec 15,4,6,8,20

DB Shrugs 20,20,20 then run the line down the DBs for a nice drop set.

Finished with 20 mins Cardio and a few sets of Crunches and called it a day.

PWO Meal= White Bagel and 40g Whey

Do you ever do hiit or just cardio? I am wondering if I should do cardio some days instead of hiit. I have always heard hiit was better. I also like thst I can get done in half the time lol. I need to start back tanning too! Keep it up I see great things coming your way

Arm session went really good. Definitely feeling the low carbs today, but killed that shit none the less.

Here is how it looked

Db Incline Curls 15,4,6,8,20

Db Incline Hammer Curls 15,4,6,8,20

Cable Rev Curls 15,4,6,8,20

Straight Cable Curl 15,4,6,8,20

Cable Curl Drop set 4,4,4,4,4 etc all the way up the stack

Incline Db Skull Crushers 15,4,6,8,20

Rev Cable Ext 15,4,6,8,20

Y Rope Ext 15,4,6,8,20

Y Rope Drop Set 4,4,4,4,4 etc.

Tossed some Forearm work at the end to finish it off.

Hit some Abs 3 sets of 15 Leg Raises and 3 sets of 15 Laying Leg Raises.

30 mins Bike post workout.

Hit the tanning bed to finish it all off.

All in all a great session.

Meal#6 will be
6oz New York Steak
Cup Broccoli

Rest day today. May go in this afternoon and hit my weak areas and some cardio. Havent decided yet.

Had a little cheat this morning...just because...tossed a few Maple Bars in the mix. Should help keep me energized and full. I bet I wake up lighter tomorrow too...all about moderation....Ill keep you guys posted.

Boom! Still here lol.

Kind of fell off my diet pretty crazy over the weekend and let it spill over into the week. So have really been kicking myself in the ass over it, as I typically do...Ill get a pic up and show what a big fuck up can do lol...nothing to hide here.

Still been hitting all my training sessions and have Shoulders and Traps tonight, which I will report back about.

On the plus side, all the carbs have been giving me Crazy pumps in the gym and giving me a glimpse of what Grow Time is going to look like...pretty excited...few weeks of strict strict dieting and we should be ready to Grow...discipline discipline discipline...gotta stay disciplined.

Just did 20 min fasted treadmill.

40g Whey for meal 1....100 g Carb Day
