What do you guys do for carb cycling if the goal is gain lbm and drop fat( for a natty)?

1. On low days is it better to drop into ketosis or stay low carb relative to their needs (150 would be low in this case)

2. On high days do you go back to maintenance or above maintenance?

It can take days of no carbs to get into ketosis.
Im either on or off carbs for several months.

I probably should have specified differently, dropping them into “keto” level of carbs vs lowered carbs

This is my current carb cycle:

Carbs from veg only on non-training days, that's around 30g. 2 days a week.

Carbs postWO only, that's around 120g-150g. 4 days a week.

One high carb day, with preWO carbs and carbs every meal - around 300g to 350g.

<insert giant winkfinger here>

Low carb- rest days, med carb- workout days, 1 high carb day. Example: 150g, 220g, load carbs for 6 hours one day.

Your body goes into ketosis almost if not every, night. Irrelevant and zero benefit to force it any other way.

Low days are off days except you'll want one off day to be a high day and that's your big recovery day.

The rest is going to depend on the work you plan on doing the next day.

You can also make your off days all high days. These are your recovery days. Recover.
