I wanted to make a new post with my gym reopened and the latest changes i made to my cycle. I've done lots of reading lately and I couldn't resist trying some tren for it's fabled recomping effects. Adjusted test to 450 a week and doing 40 mg tren ace daily rotating between quads and vgs. There was some insomnia issues day 2 but now i feel great and will stop the tren as soon as unwanted sides manifest. Ancillaries are arimidex and p5p ed. I did my squats and some back work yesterday but forgot to log it. Here's my workout today.

Did back and shoulders today and the obligatory curls. Having issues with pain in the fascia of my lower back just above hips. Didn't do cardio cuz I'm saving some energy for my lady friend tonight. I'm feeling stronger but not pushing up weights high too fast. My body has seen a lot of abuse.

I was running 450 mg/wk of test e and 280 of tren ace but just bumped it up to 500/300 when the insomnia went away. Pinning the tren ed and using ace so I can drop it quick if sides become an issue. Adex and p5p cs. It just means I don't want lactic acid buildup in my lower body with my legs still hurting from squat day. Leg cramps on top of a chick can be embarrassing. Haven't had any tren cough but do seem to get an energy rush of sorts from it and actually like how I feel and what it's doing for my appetite. Bloods hopefully coming soon as yall know the damn hurricane left me broke as a joke.

I'm seeing some progress even though you missed the gym for 2 weeks. In the future, I would recommend blacking out your face. If you want me to delete and let you repost the pics then let me know.



Did a quick workout today a few sets of bench presses 15 reps 135 10 reps 225 6 reps 265 which used to be a 2 rep max a few weeks ago. Did a lot of feeder curls and hammer curls check out the mass im putting on in these pics from today.

This is my post gym pic today. Mass is piling on as the tren compels me to eat everything in sight. Got up to 6 reps at 265 on bench today which is the best ive done since tearing my rotator cuff at 25. Still not showing my damn abs yet lol.

This is my post gym pic today. Mass is piling on as the tren compels me to eat everything in sight. Got up to 6 reps at 265 on bench today which is the best ive done since tearing my rotator cuff at 25. Still not showing my damn abs yet lol.
 
No tren cough. If anything I get an energy boost after pinning it, body temp goes up, and hungry af. I actually love the way I feel on it. Slight pip the next day but not even enough to be an annoyance. The only side that's somewhat troubling for me is the expected ball shrinkage. It feels kinda weird and thinking about incorporating hcg on cycle. thoughts?

ps aspartame is nastyshit in diet coke

I have read this that the sides get worse the longer you run tren. I will definitely lower the dose or go back to just test if the sides become genuinely troubling. Without going into detail about my storied past we can say my body has had a lot of practice dealing with, erm, harsh substances and if im not mistaken 50 mg a day is a pretty modest dose for a guy my size at 6'3 240 right?

50mg ed is good. You will have good results at that dose. Heartburn and trensomnia are the two I get mostly with tren. Never had issue with night sweats.

Did some squats some 225 sets on bench hammer curls shrugs some ab work and 15 min cardio today. Eating like a bear since starting the tren almost constantly hungry. Putting away nearly a carton of pasteurized egg whites a day and eating lots of meats spring green salad and brown rice with some real mexican tacos with fresh cilantro radish and cucumber every few days. Definitely not running the cleanest diet but I put away a shitload of protein and avoid processed packaged food. My weight is hovering around 240 with some pretty dramatic hardening, new mass, new veins showing, and waist tightening up. I'm wondering how much longer the ride will go before tren's negative sides manifest cuz honestly I feel like I stepped outta the captain america chamber. Sex drive is also inhuman.

Have you come across any side effects yet ? Any changes in the scale ?

I was 230-232 when i was low t. When I started my test, I went into the 240s and today I'm back to 235 with noticeable lean muscle increases. Recomping rapidly. I had bad insomnia and scary aggression the first few nights on tren but my body seems to have adapted to it very well. The only side that I don't like, as I mentioned, is the nuts do shrink, and there is a slight discomfort in them sometimes(givin em a little rub helps, serious talk.). However, I'm a big scarred up cracker whose body is accustomed to abuse, and tren affects most people with worse sides. Putting tren in on a beginner cycle is really not recommended and was a personal decision for me after reading a lot about it.
