Hey my bad for infrequent posts. I've been busy with my two girls alot I've been seeing em back to back and just got them introduced. Still a little bitchy at each other but I'm holding out hope for a little triple trouble. I have a driving issue right now(from last year):mad: so alot of my workouts are being replaced by backyard prison type calls and pullups and nobody really created about that lol. A friend actually just said he's gonna be taking me to his mma gym to train so im super stoked to start that. I'm down to 190 and looking awesome. Gonna have to start eating more though because I don't have much bf left and don't wanna get weak!

Things to note going forward...

I won 200$ credit from OSgear and used it to order HGH which is on the way. Will be interesting to see how it works because it's very reasonable.

I looked closer at the gyno lumps ever since I think it was gt pointed it out. I've been ramping up the ai little by little and adding in aromasin and the left side no longer has the lump and the right is down to about a marble. With all the extra fat I've carried there since childhood I never really thought too much about it.

I am the leanest I've ever been in my life. I see the Hollywood actors playing superheroes and really feel like I pretty much look that good..it's a great feeling, having grown up as the chubby awkward kid that was always the punchline.

Buddy I bounce with is a semipro mma fighter and probably starting tomorrow I'm going to his gym with weights and sparring. Really excited about that. I have a dangerous fighting build now, shredded and tendony with long limbs😃

Options soften the blow of heartbreak.

The ugly duckling transformation is something u can't even put a price on. And I worked out and tried naturally in my 20s and no matter how strong I got i always looked like shit with no definition and a chubby face. I just wish id done it sooner. It's crazy how many doors are closed when you are unattractive and vice versa.

I've been having a lot of fun with calisthenics lately and been doing lots of active fun stuff with the girls. I really need to make it to the gym more often but between suspended license and free spirited nature i kinda end up where the wind blows me. I can pump out 30 high clap pushups one rip, incorporate core movements into my pullups, and do half burpee pushups til I see stars. All my cardio is in private lately 😆 My weight is down to 187 and im not sure how I feel about that. At my height I feel like that's borderline too thin, but honestly I dont think i look weak at all..assuming it's due to cruise and the fact I've been eating sparingly amongst all the other more enjoyable stuff I've had in front of me. Hope nothing is wrong. Strength is amazing. I have all the power of 230 lb me matched up to a new lightweight chassis....feel springy like a cat. I can parkour now and climb straight up a palm tree, and snatch a 200+ lb drunk off the ground before he can react. Here's some pics of my bicep spread, showing off my long arms and elongated shitty looking biceps 😆

I never post about diet. This here is my favorite hack to get it out of the way and hit all macros. Whey, milk, oats, and a little peanut butter. I also add in a greens powder a few times a week. It takes 2 cups by the time i get it all done. I'm actually thinking of starting to drag the ninja along when i stay over elsewhere. This makes up a huge chunk of my calories.

You look really good man....around 190ish is a perfect weight for you.....we talked about this a month or so ago and its now a reality. When you start back hitting the gym more frequently, you will probable get back to 190-195.

So I've put some weight back on. The hgh from OSgear is legit and I've been hungry af. Strength is improving, maintaining 33" waist, and weight is up to 201 today. I may be looking to blast again soon!

Back to gym this evening. Current weight 198. Popped 30 mg tbol 1hr before workout. Pumps were downright painful. Hit inclines(40x15, 50x15, 50x10, 40x8), flat dumbell press with same weights and reps, side raises, crunches, captains chair, dumbell curls (30x15, 40x10, 30x12, 25x15), 30 dips, and light weight tricep extensions. Figured out a window where i got a ride there during weekday evenings.
 
How many IU's per day of GH are you using and what pin schedule are you using?

GH takes awhile to really reap the benefits.
