Gym crowded as fuck today had to work around my back workout
Did good mornings, lots of cable pull downs with different rep ranges and weights, plate row machine loaded up with 190 several high rep sets, tricep push downs, going to make up for light workout and get here earlier tomorrow hopefully.
Also just made up with my cougar friend last night and she was like wtf has gotten into you ur hurting me
