    I wanted to make a new post with my gym reopened and the latest changes i made to my cycle. I've done lots of reading lately and I couldn't resist trying some tren for it's fabled recomping effects. Adjusted test to 450 a week and doing 40 mg tren ace daily rotating between quads and vgs. There was some insomnia issues day 2 but now i feel great and will stop the tren as soon as unwanted sides manifest. Ancillaries are arimidex and p5p ed. I did my squats and some back work yesterday but forgot to log it. Here's my workout today.

    Did back and shoulders today and the obligatory curls. Having issues with pain in the fascia of my lower back just above hips. Didn't do cardio cuz I'm saving some energy for my lady friend tonight. I'm feeling stronger but not pushing up weights high too fast. My body has seen a lot of abuse.

    I was running 450 mg/wk of test e and 280 of tren ace but just bumped it up to 500/300 when the insomnia went away. Pinning the tren ed and using ace so I can drop it quick if sides become an issue. Adex and p5p cs. It just means I don't want lactic acid buildup in my lower body with my legs still hurting from squat day. Leg cramps on top of a chick can be embarrassing. Haven't had any tren cough but do seem to get an energy rush of sorts from it and actually like how I feel and what it's doing for my appetite. Bloods hopefully coming soon as yall know the damn hurricane left me broke as a joke.

    I had a bad leg cramp about a week ago while having sex. For me I know it's from the lack of water and this drink I discovered called "Diet Coke". I drink it during my workouts now. This is all true and I'm in cruise mode at the moment gear wise.

    Its where u get a cramp in the arch of your foot. It happens to dudes on winny sommetimes hence why its has be coined "winny foot" but ive had it happen to me while on tren.

    Diet come come during workout? Would you say your addicted to Diet Coke? I know folks who drink a 12 pack daily.

    I'm seeing some progress even though you missed the gym for 2 weeks. In the future, I would recommend blacking out your face. If you want me to delete and let you repost the pics then let me know.

    yeah if it's that hot go for it. Didn't think of that. My dark phoenix tatt is pretty distinctive too maybe oughtta cover it too..

    Far from addicted. Just like the carbonation for some reason when I workout. Probably stop drinking it in a couple weeks and go back to pwo drink. Been wanting to try ultimate orange
