I always pin my tren ace ed as i noticed more sides and less energy on no pin days before. That's just how it is for me though. Looking forward to updates.

With this short run I should be fine. About day 10 is where the magic happens for me. I’m doing pretty good without it and was contemplating adding it which is why it’s only the last 2 weeks. I’m going to keep the carbs up as well just to see what happens.

Nice workout. Love the reverse grip pushdowns. I added reverse grip weighted dips in the past. Got sore in new places and definitely is worth doing.

I like them as well. I keep the rep count kinda high when doing them. Usually 20 or so to get that burn. I’ll also change rep range during as well

love oatmeal, especially for breakfast, usually eat two cups with a little brown sugar, when bulking, plus 7 eggs with yokes or protein shake.

My guess was 5'10 and damn for a minute I thought you were 5'4... I didn't think into that one that much though. If I would've, I would've realized the height, weight, and build don't match up lol

So just a side by side. Picture on the left is 2017 204lbs from what I logged and right is this past week 206lbs. Almost exactly to the date. Both are me in a drop of weight for beach week. Not crazy amount of difference but definitely some gains there. I’m just an average guy doing what I love from my basement. Gains are nice but if that’s all I went by I would of quit a longtime ago being a hard gainer.

I’ve only used GC over the past 3 years. His bloods have been spot on. I’ve got my weight up to 230 ish and as low as 204. I like where I’m at now but definitely have room to improve and I will. I’m 48 and 6’<< L take note. LOL

Here's to 3 more years. LET’S GO!!!

Thanks Milf.. I just wanted to show people where I started from to some of the progress I’ve made. Gear obviously helps but you know as I know that’s it’s just one part of the equation.
