Hey guys any advise would be great. I am 5'8 205 trying to recomp. I am on TRT 200mg a week. Considering adding mast 400mg a week. But wanted to know what your thoughts were for best diet when recomping was. Any advise would be great thanks
this is what I would do. but the base diet must be all single ingredient foods, then once a week either do a dirty cheat or high carb reefed .. if you take the reefed do it after you train and no protein for that reefed window just sugary type carbs
