This is my first log ever and I am in no way affilliated with Monster Labs. I decided to try monster out and I was very pleased with the customer service and the products thus far so i wanted to help monster prove themselves either good or bad. My expectation is that it's going to be good.
I am already one week into my cycle which I will outline. Im 26 years old Currently 6'1 250 lbs at around 20% bodyfat. I have 3 heavy cycles under my belt, starting when i was 22. I have been cruising for over a year on 150 test from various sources.
Long story short. I was once big and lean, 250-260 around 13% body fat. Had to have a spine fusion one year ago cause of an injury, got hooked on the pain pills, tried to go back to lifting too early, started binge drinking and basically turned into a fat piece of shit. so now I'm sober back at it and this is my cycle to get me back down to my most healthy and aesthetic goal.

Test prop 525/wk
Mast prop 350/wk
week 1-3
50mg Dbol ED (preworkout)
Week 3-10
NPP 350mg/wk
12.5 Exemestane ED (not from Monster)
8mg Cialis ED (not from monster)
Starting diet is currently 2950 cals/daily (My mantanance is roughly 3400, I think)
340g protein
140g carbs
110g fat
I will post exact meals later. I have been eating these exact macros for 9 days now. I started the diet a few days before first pin of the cycle.

Training routine - which i will get more specific on as i report back each day is something like this
Monday - chest, tris,
30 mins high intensity cardio
Tuesday -back, bis,
40 mins low intensity
Wednesday - shoulders, abs,
30 mins high intensity cardio
Thursday - back, tris,
30 mins low intensity cardio
Friday - legs, shoulders,
20 mins low intensity cardio
Saturday - Chest, biceps, 30 mins low intensity
Sunday - 1 hour low intensity cardio, 20 mins static stretching.
Every day despite what I do in the gym I walk my dogs (low intensity) for 40-60 mins. They love it. Got a big german shepherd who thinks hes helping me keep pace for target heart rate. love him to death.
these days often get mixed up due to schedule but thats pretty close. sometimes Ill go to the gym twice a day and not spend so long on one session.

Again I will be starting week 2 on monday (Feb 12th) so I am almost already 1 week into this cycle. Noticing some good results already, not holding much water but increasing pumps are very obvious every day i lift. Already have that "on top of the world" feeling you get when youre on a good amount of test.
End goal is to be under 12% body fat. I am expecting weight to go down to 225-235ish. But if I can put on some muscle while losing fat and pull off the impossible I wont complain. This is going to be 15 weeks of solid hard work. ONE CHEAT MEAL PER WEEK, always on my sunday. I wil post porn of that for droolz.
Looking forward to posting updates... and for my NPP from monster to get here...
I will post a starting pic in the morning because Im a little bloated right now and feel fatter than I am. When im not holding so much water its pretty easy to tell I have a lot of good mass covered up by fat. Time to get rid of that shit.
