This is my first log ever and I am in no way affilliated with Monster Labs. I decided to try monster out and I was very pleased with the customer service and the products thus far so i wanted to help monster prove themselves either good or bad. My expectation is that it's going to be good.

I am already one week into my cycle which I will outline. Im 26 years old Currently 6'1 250 lbs at around 20% bodyfat. I have 3 heavy cycles under my belt, starting when i was 22. I have been cruising for over a year on 150 test from various sources.

Long story short. I was once big and lean, 250-260 around 13% body fat. Had to have a spine fusion one year ago cause of an injury, got hooked on the pain pills, tried to go back to lifting too early, started binge drinking and basically turned into a fat piece of shit. so now I'm sober back at it and this is my cycle to get me back down to my most healthy and aesthetic goal.

week 1-15
Test prop 525/wk
Mast prop 350/wk

week 1-3
50mg Dbol ED (preworkout)

Week 3-10
NPP 350mg/wk

12.5 Exemestane ED (not from Monster)
8mg Cialis ED (not from monster)

Starting diet is currently 2950 cals/daily (My mantanance is roughly 3400, I think)
340g protein
140g carbs
110g fat

I will post exact meals later. I have been eating these exact macros for 9 days now. I started the diet a few days before first pin of the cycle.

Training routine - which i will get more specific on as i report back each day is something like this

Monday - chest, tris,
30 mins high intensity cardio

Tuesday -back, bis,
40 mins low intensity

Wednesday - shoulders, abs,
30 mins high intensity cardio

Thursday - back, tris,
30 mins low intensity cardio

Friday - legs, shoulders,
20 mins low intensity cardio

Saturday - Chest, biceps, 30 mins low intensity
Sunday - 1 hour low intensity cardio, 20 mins static stretching.

Every day despite what I do in the gym I walk my dogs (low intensity) for 40-60 mins. They love it. Got a big german shepherd who thinks hes helping me keep pace for target heart rate. love him to death.

these days often get mixed up due to schedule but thats pretty close. sometimes Ill go to the gym twice a day and not spend so long on one session.

Again I will be starting week 2 on monday (Feb 12th) so I am almost already 1 week into this cycle. Noticing some good results already, not holding much water but increasing pumps are very obvious every day i lift. Already have that "on top of the world" feeling you get when youre on a good amount of test.

End goal is to be under 12% body fat. I am expecting weight to go down to 225-235ish. But if I can put on some muscle while losing fat and pull off the impossible I wont complain. This is going to be 15 weeks of solid hard work. ONE CHEAT MEAL PER WEEK, always on my sunday. I wil post porn of that for droolz.

I will post a starting pic in the morning because Im a little bloated right now and feel fatter than I am. When im not holding so much water its pretty easy to tell I have a lot of good mass covered up by fat. Time to get rid of that shit.

If anyone has advice on simple programs to upload and crop faces out of photos would be appreciated. for Iphone too if there is one. I try to use the forums mostly from my PC though being able to do it with my iphone would simplify it a little. For being a millenial I am not very computer savvy, I just like to get high and play video games.

I don't use tapatalk. I just take pictures on my phone and use it to black out my face and ding dong for posting. It's easy to use.

Starting pics

Got the pic situation figured out. One pic of right away in the morning no food or water, the next is after a back workout and a couple meals. I need my girl to take a back shot when she gets home cause I cant figure out how to get a good one.

Weighed in at 247 this morning

Diet past several days has been -

meal 1
1/2 cup oats
6 whole eggs
1 tbsp peanut butter

2- pre workout
1 banana
1 tbsp PB
25g whey

3- Post workout
1/2 cup greek yogurt
1 banana
2 scoops whey
some kratom.

meal 3
10 oz chicken breast
cup of sauteed peppers, onions mushrooms
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 avacado
1/2 tomato

meal 4
1 cup greek yogurt
25 grams whey
(pudding kinda)

meal 5
8oz of salmon or 10 oz chicken
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cups of steamed brocolli

meal 6
1 can tuna
4 eggs

If that doesnt get me to 340g protein ill add a whey shake right before bed. Hittting around 2915 cals every day. Trying to keep carbs under 130 but usually hitting 140.

training today was back and bis

10 min high intensity cardio on stair climber for warm up

4x15 BB bent over rows
4x12 T bar rows
3x20 bent over DB rows
4x15 Hammer high rower

for bis I did a circuit
4x20 EZ bar cable curls
4x12 dB hammer curls
(switched excersises every set until 4 rounds complete, Im a crossfitter now. 15 seconds of rest in between sets. just wanted to be done casuee the the gym was super busy and people were pissing me off)

20 mins moderate intensity stair climber.

went home and walked my dogs about 5-6 miles. Low intensity. Theyre all tired out now so everyones happy.

Ive been pinning everything on an ED schedule. Did 150mg of test p with 100mg of mast in my glute. Monster gear is very smooth. forgot to take the Dbol pre workout but I still had awesome pumps. Noticeably less than when on the Dbol. Good sign for monster dbol.

I plan on blowing this shit out of the water. Tomorrow is cheat meal day after legs so I'm pretty excited for that. me and my girl are both gonna destory our legs and then go to olive garden, ill be eating the fuck out of those breadsticks. She only trains with me every other daydue to her work schedule but she follows my routine pretty exact and keeps up really well considering im feeling like a machine already on this gear.

now its time to pop a xanny smoke some herb and play video games like a loser.

heres my cardio buds. Having dogs makes cardio a ton more enjoyable. I hate nothing more than spending hours on a treadmill or stair climber staring at asses on treadmills in front of me. THe asses are nice sometimes but after 45 mins it gets old.

btw this snow storm needs to be done so I can get my NPP! planning on starting that in a week but might have to bump it back a week since theres been a delay. not a big deal though if I do. more time for gains on my current two compounds which I'm loving already.

You definately got some nice shape and size to you brother. Glad you are enjoying the gear so far. Btw, word has it packs will be going out Monday so if you were planning on starting the npp in a week I think it will be just in time brother. Great log so far, this is going to be fun to watch you hammer this out.

Woke up sick/congested this morning. Was going to try to drop cals by 100 but since I'm sick I think I'll stick with 2900-3000 since I'm still seeing progress.

high volume legs today with the misses and Olive Garden afterwards. I feel very carb starved.
 
Leg workout today

Pre workout: 50mg Dbol, 1/2 banana, 1 tbsp peanut butter, 50mg caffeine

1x warmup squat
4x12 bb squat (back) 225lbs
4x15 leg extension
4x15 leg curl
1x Leg press to failure (did 40 reps of 130)

20 min low intensity cardio

post workout = Olive Garden cheat meal (fuck ton of breadsticks)

Mmmmmmm Olive Garden. I always abuse the right to unlimited bread sticks and salad. They hate me there.

They had unlimited entrees today too. Had chicken parm and chicken alfredo. I Went savage asfuck with the bread sticks and salad I think my girl was embarasssd by how much I was eating. I added everything up and I ate 2800 cals just in that one sitting. Crazy but first cheat meal from my diet in almost 2 weeks.

i have a question. Since I'm obviously way over my daily calorie goal. Ate 450 carbs but only got in 200 protein. Before bed should I still try to get that last 140g in? Managed to stay under 130 fat even after all the good tasting shit. I haven't eaten since that meal which was 5 hours ago. Thinking I should just eat clean light slowly or a couple protein shakes? Any advice appreciated

Dude I get what you mean. I have a problem with good wine and good bourbon. That's why I gotta stay away lol, it's too expensive of a habit honestly

As hugh said, get some more eats in but keep it clean. That's boss that they had unlimited entrees. And yeah, I've been known to make my wife shake her head while eating in public lol. For the gains bro!
