I wanna start a food log but not just any food log. I wanna start a log to help everyone keep track of the daily macros.

What is your daily nutritional goals?

How much protein, carbs and fat do you need to take in everyday to reach your goals VS. What you really consume.*

I don't log the carbs but it would be 60gm of carbs from white rice in the first post workout meal and 60gm of carbs from whole wheat pasta in the second.

very nice. that's a lot of carbs. dam. I can get into the 2-300 range and keep protein up about the same. but that's on a carb up/refeed. about how many carbs are you taking in throughout the day from drinks?
