Whats the story..

32 years old , 6"2 85kg in the gym the last 3 years
In pretty good shape
the last few weeks ive seem to hit a wall regarding training
Looking to go the next level.
I have being reading up a lot about steriods etc so hoping to get feedback here
and maybe start soon
