Here are some pictures of my transformation thus far. I am currently dialing in the diet and adjusting my macros. Plan on getting pre bloods taken this week before the gear arrives. Will be getting re tested in week 6. First pic i was a little over 200, second pic 190s and third / forth pics I am right around 160.

Try this at a three point. So cross your ankles.
Also - if you have a stability ball - try the "stir the pot" method with your ankles crossed and try not to die.
I've been doing them for years and it still kicks my ass. Just an idea.
