Placed my order in just waiting for shipment, what I will say is the whole team is awesome and patient. I plan on running a strong cut I wanna get my BF as low as possible here are some pics of my transformation pre any gear, hoping this will be the finishing touches 💪🏼

Here are some pictures of my transformation thus far. I am currently dialing in the diet and adjusting my macros. Plan on getting pre bloods taken this week before the gear arrives. Will be getting re tested in week 6. First pic i was a little over 200, second pic 190s and third / forth pics I am right around 160.

Uh yes...Up above in first pic was all diet and exercise. Cardio HIIT 5 days per week lifting 5 days per week no days off.

Here goes, todays training consisted of Boxing/Sparring 45 mins, conditioning routine.

Super Set (1)
4 rounds - squat jump
4 rounds - jump lunges

4 rounds alternating lunge lateral raises

SuperSet (2)
4 rounds Ab Crunch Bicep Curl
4 rounds Burpee

4 sets AB CRUNCH HAMMER SHOULDER PRESS
4 sets GRAB TO HEEL AB CRUNCH

Super Set (3)
4 rounds - LOW PLANK IN AND OUT ON BOSU BALL
4 Rounds - Mountain Climber 45 seconds

Plank 30 seconds each side x3

Since my diet is cycled M-W and Thurs-Sunday I will post macros each day.

4 Sets - Overhead Tricep Extension

4 Sets - Dumbell Hammer Bicep Curl

Bro..I'm not a professional when it comes to diets but I'm pretty sure You need more food... I know your cutting and all but that's not enough food to help those muscles grow ...... Everything else looks solid. That Tren is going to be a fun ride

Yea I thought so, gonna have to fiddle with my app I think im leaving out my evening meal, and oils used for cooking which should add approx another 3-450 calories i believe
 
I eat every two-three hours but everything is weighed out ill post again tom my gym log and macros!

Try this at a three point. So cross your ankles.
Also - if you have a stability ball - try the "stir the pot" method with your ankles crossed and try not to die.
I've been doing them for years and it still kicks my ass. Just an idea.

Just to add I will be uploading progress photos every two weeks. I have Front/Side/Rear taken yesterday but have to get them via my app from my trainer. Will download in a few and upload within the next few days. Thanks to everyone who has subbed. As of this point all I can say is quality gear, loving the high tren blast stay tuned.
