Thanks for this thread! I have a lot of questions before I start and hate asking them in the main forums too often. I'm not new to fitness/nutrition, but brand new to gear. I'm doing a cut right now, starting my first cycle in mid July because I'll be traveling a lot in late June/early July on vacations where I won't hit the gym much or at all, so I'm waiting to do this cut then start on gear when I'm at a lower BF%.
Male 33 / 200 lbs / kinda fat right now at 20% BF but I'll get that down pretty quick, doing a pretty hard cut.
I’ve looked a few places and feel like I’m seeing different answers to some of these questions. I'm going to run just Test for the first cycle, 500mg a week (depending on my blood results when I get closer to starting).
A lot of questions here so thanks in advance!
- What Test should I buy? I see Test E and C recommended all the time, any particular one you recommend?
- How much should I buy - each 10ml vial has like what? 2500mg? 4 vials good or should I just grab the buy 10 deal and get 2 free since I'm already considering how a 2nd cycle would be even if I haven't started?
- I'm going to grab an AI just incase, probably Arimidex. I have to learn more about this portion.
- I've seen resources saying keep a SERM on hand, like Nolvadex. Good idea or no?
- My main concerns is the post cycle. I want to make sure I can get off the cycle as healthily as possible.
- From what I've read, after I'm done with the cycle, take 2 weeks with no drugs. Then SERMs for 4-6 weeks? I have a lot time to research this point.
- HCG's, I don't really understand them. Yes or no on HCG's for PCT?
