Just got bloodwork back (Blood drawn 4 weeks into 10mg SD, 500 test, and 200 Deca)
Total Cholesterol: 186
HDL: 8
LDL:161
LdL/HDL Ratio: 20.1
Triglycerides: 87
How bad does that look for being on cycle?
AST: 23
ALT: 18
My liver handles orals pretty well, only been out of range once when I was on Methadrol Extreme, and was only about 10 points over if I remember correctly.

Bro...let me add one thing and it may cause a little anger with some but I would not try any statins unless I absolutely had no choice. There are numerous studies coming out about the dangers of statins. Do some research for yourself.
The ratio is what doctors consider the most important factor out of all the things they test for for cholesterol and yours is terrible, 3.5 is where they want you to be at most, so 20.1 is horrible. I honestly i dont even think that logically makes sense, based off your hdl and ldl numbers, but if thats what the lab says then that must be true. Your total cholesterol is good, its just your hdl is tanked which typically happens when using orals or tren. Your LDL isnt that bad, optimal is 100-129, they say borderline high LDL is 130-159, so you being at 166 isnt bad seeing that your on cycle, and your triglycerides are good at 87, they want them below 150. Id say these numbers arent bad since your on cycle, your in range for most things, its just that ratio thats terrible. I cant offer much help there becuase to fix it youd need to raise your hdl and i dont have a solid protocol for that. If your LDL and triglycerides were high then i could give you a regime of otc supps to lower them back into rage in just a month, raising hdl is hard, even pharm companies dont have a solid rx med for this, i think they just recently came out with one but all the other cholesterol meds are for lowering ldl and tris. The one otc supp thats been proven to help increase HDL is niacin, something like 500mgs 3 times a day. Id do some research on that and the dosing protocol and gibe that a shot.
Agreed! I'm allergic to statins but the first doc that gave them to me said they weren't the problem and went as far as to diagnose me with fibromyalgia, lol
In and out of the er every couple months on tons of pain killers etc...
Statins almost killed me.
I currently take an injectable cholesterol lowering drug that works like magic

Statins are poison . Doctors love to prescribe them. I threw them in the garbage and doctor told me there was no way I could lower my cholesterol on my own. Krill oil, Omega 3,6,9 flaxseed oil, and proper diet and training along with steroids. Cholesterol is normal now.

Solid info. I just started back on niacin as that is what my research suggested as well for raising hdl; reported to be a subtle affect though.
