Sperm zero after 6 months off

Producing sperm is not an overnight process. It takes about three months from when FSH tells the balls to produce. That would not have happened on your first HCG shot, or your second. HCG does not mimic FSH. This takes some time. Be patient.

from my continued research I am finding that it takes about 74 days for sperm to mature and an additional 2-6 weeks for the sperm to travel through the epididymis. I'll test again in a couple weeks

Did they test your T levels? You need T to produce sperm.

doc tested me at beginning and test was around 400. I took another test again yesterday for testosterone and estradiol

That sucks brother! Did you ever have your sperm checked before trt and cycling? Had sperm checked on cycle when I was taking hcg through blast. Sperm was low but there. Had sperm checked when I did a pct sperm was there but low. After discontinuation of all pct drugs a few months later sperm was zero hence seeing the doctor now

I'm going to clarify because last post I did messed up quote. Just for research purposes I'll repeat myself.

I had my sperm checked while on cycle while I was blasting hcg. My sperm count was low but there. I had another semen analysis done after I gave myself a pct and semen was there and higher however still low. Three months after my pct I had another semen analysis and sperm was lowering. I figured I was jerking it too much. A couple weeks later had another semen analysis and sperm was zero. So I went to doctor and got rx for hcg 1500 3x week. I did this for 94 days and I am still @ zero. I'll go back in two weeks.

Also I discontinued add nicotine as of 58 days ago. I was a daily cigar smoker

Note - That is with nothing, no HCG, no clomid, no nothing. Note that 100% recovery figure at 24 months. It just takes time. It is way too early for you to be evaluating your fertility recovery chances.

And some preventative advice for others reading here who do not want to experience what the OP is experiencing.

Clinical data evaluating higher doses of hCG given as monotherapy (500–2500 IU twice weekly), or low-dose hCG (500 IU every other day) in combination with TRT, have demonstrated satisfactory results for maintaining spermatogenesis,57,58 and either would be a good choice as recommended by these authors.

Don't have lab results yet. Called a few times. I may need to go in.

Semen analysis is still zero as of the 1st

Noticing my nuts get dense after shot of 1500iu hcg for maybe a day then they are soft and smaller. Smaller then ever. Usually on that much hcg the boys are plump for a few days. Perhaps getting desensitized to hcg. I did a shot of 2000iu today and they are bigger then they have been. However, this is speculation.

I believe the doc said if i haven't gotten any swimmers by the 14th he's jumping to FSH injections it's been 117 days since start of hcg.

Test total is at 485 about 24 hours after 1500 iu hcg with e2 coming in at 26 with .5 mg arimidex every few days.

Today had semen analysis they found 1 sperm and it wasn't mobile.

Doctor says give it the full six months. So two more months on hcg. Doc said no HMG until we have giving it a full 6 months go of hcg.

I have he wife's doctor ordering me more semen analysis for the sake of science. My doc won't do it for another two months.

sometimes it takes up to a year to recover even with help...one thing that kinda sticks out is the OP's sperm count dropped as hcg therapy was increased....imho HMG could be used but Clomid is a better first option as it blocks the negative feedback loop and helps increases GnRH at the pituitary so higher levels of LH/FSH can be reached...outside of HMG the use of Clomid has shown to the most effective..

if you have no or limited GnRH then thats a big problem to restore levels..

Today saw doc.

Old protocol HCG 1,500iu 3x week, arimidex .5mg 3 x week.

New protocol HCG 2,000iu 3x week, arimidex .5 3x week, HMG 75iu 3x week.

Also, I spoke to some friends and I'll be seeing another doctor who specializes in male infertility at Yale.

Had to reiterate to this doc that when I had some swimmers before I saw him I was doing 5000iu shots of HCG, taking clomid, nolva, tribulus, and DAA. That's when he agreed to up he HCG.

Didn't think I'd have trouble unless I stayed on for extended duration or didnt use proper pct. I dont want kids now, but I know she does before she turns 35, and I know that would crush her.

Started with pro hormones 7 years ago. Then did 12 week - 18 week cycles of test. Only 1 deca cycle deca wasn't higher than 600mg I don't believe and likely closer to 300mg. Yea I used some anadrol, anavar, and other random orals. Also used sever different pre workout blends.

Hopped on trt for 10 months.

It's not a joke. Freeze those suckers. Wish I did.

My modo was time on plus pct = time off.

And yes I used HCG on cycle. Not for my pro hormone cycles though.

Just got tested again this morning. They found 100 sperm on slide. So that's .6 million per ml.

January 8th 2016 last dose of testosterone (401 days ago)

July 11 2016 HCG 1500iu 3x weekly started (218 days ago)

January 9 2017 HCG increased to 2000 Iu 3x week (36 days ago)

January 13 2017 HMG starts 3x week (32 days ago)

January 20 2017 HCG increased to 2500 Iu 3 x week. (25 days ago)

Since start of HCG, arimidex as needed. Usually .5mg 3x week with occasional .75mg

Bloods were drawn last week 26 hours after subq shot of 2500iu HCG and 75iu HMG (February 7 2017). Will have follow up with doctor on Thursday where I will see blood results.

Libido has gone up past couple weeks however I have been very tired at points in the day. I get anxious a lot as well since start of HMG it seems. Weight gain is apparent. The boys feel more full than they have been all year since the HCG increase.

He did not comment on it. I will run it by him next time I see him. Both doctors did however belittle clomid and said HCG is what's needed. The new doc (the better doc with many publications on male fertility) did also say their may have been sperm there last year due to the 100mcg shot of triptorelin but there will be no way to tell for sure.

I only used 100mcg from maxim peptide. Castration dose is in grams repeated every three months. Total of three times.

Alright here's the deal. My wife and I have decided to freeze her eggs and my sperm fertilized. I have frozen 2 additional collections of the sperm I have produced. I will likely get another semen analysis this week to close this topic.

I have not gotten back to full fertility nor do I intend to at this point. This past year has been miserable for me and I do not intend to ever go through it again nor do I wish to continue the misery (hence the freeze). I am hopping back on testosterone.

Freeze your sperm before starting a long blast. This was a hellish 455 days.
