Been on cruz for a minute. If i start a HCG regimen could it possible bring back fertility? Or should i just pct.

My count and motility was jacked after 16 years of use. My trt doc put me on hcg 500mcg two times a weeks. At 4 months my counts were normal and at 6 months my wife was pregnant. Damn night sweats and hot flashes suck ass though.
