Yeah I should've said "all oils and hormones" but it's a fantastical and moot point -- we'd need dog-like smell sensitivity and of course some hormone-targeted specificity for any of this to mean a thing, and there's no such bio-engineering in the works to my knowledge. Hell we haven't even cured cancer yet, or macular degeneration, or even baldness. Stoneage medicine still. I'm not holding my breath.
Sooner than any such biological advances, I'm betting we'll have cybernetic medical monitoring units within 10-20 years. Crude at first but improving rapidly. A device implanted in your chest measures everything in the blood and communicates with another device in the brain which interfaces directly via neural circuits allowing you to examine the data, "see" historical charts and comparisons to the norm, alert you to triggers, and maybe even let you control some stuff like hormone release. It's absolutely inevitable, just a matter of time.
Anyway re: guaiacol that's a good change. It's nice knowing the stuff is releasing into my bloodstream (if the guaiacol is, I assume the hormone contents are as well) but the oil also burns a bit, especially when I've tried it SQ, and it sometimes leaves pip for up to a week.
