situation is changing rapidly. I just had a meeting with our company head. In my previous e-mail I announced that we were not going to close our international warehouse (Moldova) to provide best prices and promotions. Circumstances changed. We got major restocking of our EU-based warehouse and decided not to ruin our reputation with increasing number of seizures from Moldova.
International (Moldova) section will be active on our site for next 3 days only. In 3 days we remove international (Moldova) section. EU section will be renamed into International premium.
In result our site will have only 2 warehouses: International premium worldwide (EU-based, shipping from Europe to any country incl. USA, Canada, Australia) and US Domestic for US-based customers.

Right now our programmers are working on required changes for warehouse transfer . Here is what happens next.

The address of EU-based warehouse https://eu.basicstero.ws will be removed at all. EU-based warehouse becomes our International Premium warehouse. It will be moved to the address of the current Moldova-based warehouse https://int.basicstero.ws and it will open by default once you enter www.basicstero.ws in your browser. Our programmers are working on transferring all discount from Moldova-based international warehouse to the new EU-based warehouse. It takes some time. We will do our best to make this transfer unnoticeable for you. International balances/discounts will be moved to the new EU-based International Premium warehouse. Please give us a day to complete this. If someone won`t get his discount, he/she will just need to contact us and we transfer it manually. Please, do not check it right now, we will need a day to complete all.

We completed most of the changes with our warehouse transfer.

First of all, please do not worry if you are not able to login with your old credentials at our new International Premium warehouse https://int.basicstero.ws

Please read the explanation below.
Our Moldova and EU domestic warehouses had different databases. After thorough consideration of all the possible ways to merge databases we came to the conclusion that simply merging may have numerous unexpected and unpleasant consequences for our customers (e.g. accounts with the same username can belong to different people at different warehouses, etc.). Therefore, we decided NOT to merge.

Our old Moldova-based warehouse was moved from https://int.basicstero.ws to https://chiaint.basicstero.ws
We will keep it for a couple of weeks only to allow you to check your orders and transfer existing discounts.

You can login with your old existing usernames and passwords at https://chinaint.basicstero.ws/index/login.
If you chose "Old International" warehouse in the left-sided menu on our site, you will be redirected to this address as well.

https://int.basicstero.ws is now our new Premium EUROPE-based warehouse with WORLDWIDE shipping and guaranteed delivery.

For some reason, we still get many e-mails with questions, where to buy. People contact us from that site through the contacts page and do not see this link...It`s still a riddle for me.
In any case, even if you order not from us directly, always check, how products look visually and check verification codes!

If our site says that code is genuine, but it was checked before several times (it will say exact number, e.g. this code was checked 6 times before), this is a reason to get worried. Most probably it means someone ordered an item and copied the same code for multiple products. At normal circumstances our site should say: this code was checked 0 times before.
If you order from www.basicstero.ws you do not even need to check codes. We are manufacturer and just physically can not have fakes.
If you checked your code and it says fake, don`t panic. From time to time customers mix up some symbols like 0 (zero) and O letter or I and l and 1, etc. Just contact us and send the photo of the code, if you can not verify it.
 
Update regarding our promotion:

we receive many emails recently from concerned customers regarding their tracking numbers.
After we transfered warehouses, new EU-based warehouse has enjoyed great success. But because of all the positive interest, there were some delayes. Honestly, we were not ready and did not have enough man-power.
As a result, we have now hired additional staff to better service the increase in business and improve processing times.
I uploaded many tracking numbers today. Also most of orders were dispatched, we are just expecting tracking numbers.
All currently placed orders should be processed without delays.
PLease do not worry, we are doing our best.
An additional device to speed up processing your order is using bitcoin or other cryptocurrency as payment option. Such orders are processed within hours, whereas WesternUnion and MoneyGram cause a real headache lately and may require up to 3-5 days for pick-up due to independent on us reasons.
 
Important update regarding shipping terms from our EU-based warehouse:
To ensure safety of our shippers who are risking their freedom we will upload tracking numbers not earlier than 7 days after an order is actually shipped.
This does NOT mean orders will be delayed. It does not have any impact on the processing/shipping time.
Orders will be on the way; we will just upload tracking info only after 7 days.
After switching to our EU-based warehouse as the default one we had some delays with order processing due no increased number of orders. However, we took all measures and hired new staff. Current orders are processed without delays.
Also, please be aware that Saturday and Sunday of each week are day offs. Packages can not be shipped at weekend, cause postal service is not working.
Regarding seizures. You should be aware of it as well. Among all (hundreds) packages shipped in February we have 11 packages stuck as sorting facilities in the USA for over 8 days. Some news.
First of all, we had to remove MoneyGram as payment option for a while at least. There were too many unsuccessful payments, which is a real headache for both sides. To prevent similar issues with WU we had to raise the min. order total to $400 . You will see WU as payment option only if your order is over $400. If we do not do this, we just screw up any possibility to pick up WU transfers at all and cause really much headache to our customers.
Orders below $400 can be paid by cryptocurrency only so far. It is the most friendly payment way. You get discounts, your orders are processed faster.

I mentioned earlier we had some packages stuck at US ISC, which was the first time ever for our EU-based warehouse. It was really unpleasant, especially after we widely announced 100% delivery rate (which was true before this happened). There was a time gap of 2 days only with increased number of stuck/seized packages. We checked all tracking numbers after that period and all seem arriving fine again. Probably it was some sort of special operation of US customs. We do not know. For now, it looks like all is running smoothly. There is no guarantee this will not repeat again, lets hope it will not.

Due to the number of seizures mentioned above we had to reship a number of packages. Because of this we had some items out of stock. e.g. customers, who ordered prim200, but did not get packages, we do not have prim 200 in stock right now. We had to replace it with 2 x prim100, which is the same volume. I know some anastrozol and clen were lacking. It could be that some customers do not receive them in their orders. Really sorry about this. We will resolve each case with each customer individually. New restocking of EU-based warehouse is respected soon.

We have 2 EU shipping locations now. The products below have 2 labels: W1 or W2. e.g. If a product has W2 label, it means it is available from warehouse 2 only.

ATTENTION: All items within one order must be chosen from ONE specific warehouse.
If most of your order is chosen from W1, but one single item is available from W2 only, the entire order will be shipped from W2.

W1 is our main EU-based warehouse. Shipping time takes 8-14 days as a rule depending on your location. For faster delivery, please choose products from W1.

W2 is an auxiliary warehouse where packages pass through a middle point in Europe and have great delivery success. W2 is always fully stocked, but delivery from W2 takes up to 3-4 weeks. If any promotions are running, W2 always offers better deals and larger bonuses.

1. In test mode we added bank wire as payment option. It is available for proven customers only, who has at least 2 completed orders in our store. No exclusions!!! All asks to allow an exclusion will be ignored, don`t even try.

2. US domestic warehouse is functioning as always. We had huge restocking recently, almost all items are available now. Pharmatropin is expected to be restocked soon. Also, we lowered oxandrolonos price at US domestic warehouse by 30$.

3. As RThoads mentioned earlier, our EU-based warehouse has 2 shipping locations now. By the way, EU-based does not mean only customers from EU can order there. We ship worldwide from this warehouse, incl. USA, Canada, Australia, etc.

By default, all items are shipped from location 1 (we call it warehouse 1 or W1). It is located within Europe and delivery takes 8-12 days as a rule, depending on your location.

Warehouse 2 is located outside of Europe, however we ship it a way that packages are routed through one of the European countries. Tracking number will show delivery from one of the European countries, without mentioning the origin country it was sent from. One month of trial deliveries shows great delivery success with less than 3% seizure rate so far. The only minus of this way is shipping time. It takes about 17-23 days depending on your location.

If some items in your shopping card are not available from the first warehouse, our system automatically assigns your ENTIRE order to the 2nd shipping location (warehouse 2 or W2).

Each item in our store has now availability indicators for both warehouses (W1 and W2).

So, to say it other words. If you want your items to be shipped from warehouse 2, you need to pick up at least one single items, which is out of stock at warehouse 1.

After you put your items into your shopping card, our system will indicate, what warehouse your order is going to be shipped from!

There is enough time passed, 1 months for sure. I see only a few messages about touchdowns, but nothing more!!!

It is useless. It is a new product from a new supplier. They sold us a good demonstrative sample, but what we got after is bunk... Just got confirmation report. it is just bunk. it will not hurt your health, but there is just no more sense taking it...
You see, everyone can screw up...we too... At least we have possibilities to perform our own tests and find it out and take respective measures in advance. We will look for a new supplier. Production of tesofensine will be delayed for an undefined period.
