Guys, just a heads-up; our international warehouse has some minor delays with shipping. We inform you just to keep all calm. Everything is fine. Many packages collecting at sorting centers and then coming all at once to customs cause more seizures. To avoid this situation and keep seizures as low as possible we needed to take some pause. Don`t worry, tracking numbers will be uploaded soon.

Also, just have to let you know, that transfers via WU/MG are processed not so quick lately, you for sure noticed it. Sometimes it takes up to 5-7 days and in some cases not successful, some transfers are canceled by WU/MG. So, please be aware that your order processing can delay for several days in case if you pay via WU/MG. We are actually thinking about setting a min. sum for this method. We will let you know.

There are not much to say else for now. We are just working in normal mode. We are doing our best to restock the US domestic warehouse as soon as possible. If you need some missing item, just click on the "notify" button (it is available for products our of stock instead of "buy") and enter your e-mail. Once this particular item is in stock, you get immediately notified.
Don`t forget, that our system reserves products for 5 days. So, it can easily happen, that an item you are looking for right now is missing, cause someone reserved it, but after a few days it gets back into stock, if an order is not paid by a customer. In other words, you not always need to wait for a restocking; many items are always in stock, but just reserved.
In connection to the said above we would kindly ask you not to place numerous orders at once if you do not really need them and not going to purchase all. In this way you deprive other customers of purchasing our products. If you placed several orders, but changed your mind, you can always remove not needed orders in your account.
Finally, if you noticed some glitches in our site functioning, please don`t hesitate to inform us. We will do our best to fix them and even provide bonuses to you for helping us to improve our service.

2018-06-19 updated Basicstero payment terms and discounts announcement:

"Dear customers,

starting from today our US domestic warehouse provides extra 5% discount to all customers who pay with bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency we accept (Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, Ehereum, Dash).

Also, for all other payment ways (Western Union, MoneyGram and RiaTransfers) we have to set the minimum limit of 300$. If your order is below 300$ you will not be able to choose these payment options.

Also we remind about our constantly running discounts. For US domestic warehouse max. possible discount is 15%. For international warehouse max. possible discount is 40%.

email service for order-updates/status/tracking experiencing temporary hiccups

Hi,

It looks like the third-side service we use to email you order updates has some temporary hiccups. Due to this some emails with order status or tracking number may not arrive to your email. However, we always upload tracking numbers into order details for each individual order. If you have not received an email with tracking number, please go into your account on our site - dashboard - my orders - open the page with detailed information about your order and you should see tracking number there. If it is not there, it means our shippers have not uploaded it yet and will do it once custom clearance in Moldova is completed.

If you have not received an email with tracking number, please go into your account on our site - dashboard - my orders - open the page with detailed information about your order and you should see tracking number there.

Hi,we restocked some test e and test cyp in our domestic warehouse!

Folks, there were reports about not coming email updates from us. Our tech support changed the service we use and rewrote a part of code. Status reports as well as tracking numbers should come without issues now. Don`t hesitate to report, if something still now working.

New batch of tracking numbers has been uploaded today. Every customer should get tracking number to his/her email. Please check your spam folders. If you have not received it, please check your account - dashboard -my orders and click on your order to see its details. Tracking number is available there as well.
If you have not received it to your email please let us know. Mailing system should have been fixed by now, but we need reports, how it works.

Info for potential customers:
As you may know, our store basicstero.ws reserves orders for 5 days. If you place an order you have 5 days to pay for it and submit payment details. If payment info is not provided within 5 days, our system automatically removes those orders and reserved items become available for purchase for all customers.
We keep this 5-days period for our international warehouse, but considering the limited stock of our US domestic warehouse, we decided to reduce this period down to 3 days for US domestic only! The reason is simple: we are trying to optimize the ordering process. Some customers place several orders and pay for only one. A portion of customers place orders and never pay at all. However, pre-ordered items are reserved and no longer available for others; in other words, those customers who really want to purchase some products may not have the opportunity due to all stock being stuck reserved in pending orders. Therefore, we decided that 3 days is more than enough to pay; orders that are not paid within 3 days in the US domestic warehouse will be removed and the reserved items will become available again in stock faster.

We adapted our european section https://eu.basicstero.ws for all customers, now you can chose 3 currencies on site: EUR as the base currency, USD and GBP are converted from the EUR price in real time as per the current ratio at the moment when you open the page. Due to this prices in USD and GBP may vary a little from time to time.
I also remind that our EU warehouse is almost fully restocked and ships not only to EU-countries, but to the USA, Canada, Australia and other countries. This is a good option for US customers to get products at cheaper prices (compared against our US domestic prices) with high delivery success rate into regions with tough customs.

if you chose payment way between Western Union and MoneyGram, please select preferably Western Union. Currently Western Union has higher success rate. This is both in your and our interest to process your order smoothly. The most preferable method is bitcoin or other crypto, we never have issues with it. Bitcoin is very user-friendly and easy, and, the most important, it never can be blocked like WesternUnion or MoneyGram!

Hi there,
we have some news for our customers.
Soon we are going to stop shipping international orders from Asia and switch to Europe alone. All international orders will be shipped from Europe. US domestic warehouse stays working as usually, no worries.
We are doing this to provide the best delivery success rate without seizures and faster delivery speed. Advice: we want to be completely honest with customers, so please be aware that within December - beginning of January, right before and during Christmas and the New Year holidays we experienced increased seizure rate in the USA, especially close to Chicago and LA. The overwhelming number of orders still arrived fine. Up to roughly 20% of orders shipped in original packaging could be seized in these regions. Other regions have lower seizure rate.
Although we expect that now, after the holidays have finished, seizure rate will return to lower rate as before holidays, we highly recommend to choose discreet shipping during the ordering process to ensure as low risk as possible. Do not forget, we reship paid seized items again, if a seizure occurs.

Boxes have not our colors, fonts, even paper. Codes are still on stickers, which we do not use for about 4 years. Even when we used stickers, they were located horizontally, not vertically. Codes can be checked as genuine, by the way, but our site will say that those codes were checked numerous times before (it will provide exact number, how many times it was checked). This is because codes were copied and same codes used for multiple items.
 
Another case of counterfeits. Today we have been reported about fakes found in Egypt! Counterfeiters not only tried to copy design of our packaging, but also cloned our main site pharmacomlabs.com and hosted in on the fake domain pharmacomlaps.com

Finally, someone tried to counterfeit our brand with a pretty creative approach... who cares that it does not look similar at all?

Folks, I should have warned all earlier, my apologies. Due to the coming Chinese New Year holidays we will not be able shipping from now till 12th of February. Based on earlier experience it may also delay orders, which were processed shortly before holidays. This is only about international warehouse. US domestic and European warehouses are not touched.
P.s. Our European warehouse https://eu.basicstero.ws ships worldwide! You can place orders from any country, not only within Europe. It has 0 seizure rate in the USA.

some comments about our warehouses.
Regarding EU warehouse. We are going to use it as the default one and it will open by default, once you enter www.basicstero.ws. We have to resolve a few things on it.
Earlier it had EUR as default currency and USD, GBP could be chosen from a drop-down list. Since we are going to use EU warehouse as the default one, we set USD as the default currency. There is a trick here. Since all our calculation and internal cooperation with our EU employees is in EUR, we have to keep EUR as the only base currency. Balances on EU warehouse are also in EUR.
When you open EU warehouse and see USD prices now, those are converted from EUR based on the real-time EUR-USD ratio. Due to this we got several inconsistencies.

1. USD & GBP price is not always the same and may vary depending on the ratio of respective currencies.

2. If you have USD as the default currency and chose to pay via bitcoin, at the checkout our site shows price in USD, which is converted from EUR in real-time and amount in bitcoin is calculated based on the real-time EUR-bitcoin ratio, because EUR is still our main currency for all internal calculations.

3. When you get confirmation e-mails for your orders, prices there may show a bit different values than sums shown on site, again, due to real-time conversion at the moment.
Now we are discussing all possible options to eliminate all inconsistencies and make the entire purchasing process user-friendly and price calculations completely transparent.

4. Once we find a universal solution, we are going to launch a promo at our EU warehouse. Most probably we will launch it for one month and it will be a promotion similar to the international one, but with following bonuses:
for 200 EUR order - 50 EUR bonus
for 300 EUR order - 100 EUR bonus
This promo is not running yet. We will update you in a separate announce , when we launch the EU promo.

5. We were going to close International site and ship from EU and US only. However, once we made our plans public, we started receiving many e-mails asking to keep the international warehouse with its bonuses. There are many customers, who prefer to risk, but get more freebies. We hear you and we decided to keep International account open, for a while at least. The international 300/200 promotion is still running and we are extending it for indefinite period of time. It will be running until our new update regarding dates.

6. Regarding international discounts moved to EU warehouse. Yes, we are going to move them, BUT due to all expenses with restocking EU warehouse the maximum possible discount at EU section is limited by 15%. If you had 30% at our international warehouse, you will get only 15% at our EU warehouse. On the other side, as i mentioned above, international warehouse is not closing yet, so you can order from Moldova with higher risks, but higher discounts/larger bonuses.

7. Next, for existing customers we are going to copy international accounts (= all discounts) from international section to EU section so that you could get promised discounts.
For new customers, who is not signed up yet, each warehouse requires its own registration procedure. It is very simple, you only need to enter your account and password.
We will simplify this system in future. We are developing new modular site engine, which will make our site more user-friendly. It will allow only one single account and one single balance for all warehouses. You will have one single login page instead of 3 (for each warehouse). After you login into your unified account, you will be able choosing warehouse location, where we should ship your order from. Prices will change depending on this choice. As i said, this is coming soon, but the current engine requires 3 separate sections (one for each warehouse) with 3 separate log-in pages.

You can chose warehouse on the left side of our site. Numbers of orders placed in this section always start with E letter and products are shipped from Europe to any country worldwide, incl. USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc. As of now, we have ZERO seizures from this warehouse.

https://int.basicstero.ws/index/login - this is login page for international warehouse. Numbers of orders placed in this section always start with I letter and products are always shipped from Moldova. This warehouse has lowest prices and regular promotions. This warehouse provides normal and discreet shipping on your choice. For other warehouses discreet shipping is not required, because we just have never had seizures there.

https://us.basicstero.ws/index/login - this is login page for our US domestic warehouse. Numbers of orders placed in this section always start with U letter and products are always shipped from within the USA. Packages do not go through custom, so there is no risks for you at all. This is the fastest and safest way for US customers to get our products.
