guys, I have 2 good news to share with you:
1. we improved our internal control, we changed the system of batch numbers. New batches of products have check codes implemented not only on vials, but also on pills and ampoules! We still have a lot of stock of old batches, so it will take some time to completely replace all products with new batches.
1a. Texts on boxes and in manuals are reconsidered. Instead of some bullshit (lets admit it honestly, we had bullish senseless texts, which were copy-pasted years ago and we did not pay a due attention to this) packages and manuals will have basic warnings and recommendations to make your cycle as safe as possible and as efficient as possible .

2. BLACK FRIDAY SALE!

I receive a lot of questions recently regarding black friday sale. Yes we will have it - 2 days only on 25th and 26th of November. This time we decided to try something new and provide you a choice.

Just a heads-up: we received a bunch of questions of the same type: if i don`t manage to pay today will I be still able to take advantage of the promo if i pay when it is finished?
The answer is yes, you only need to place your order when the promo is active and remember your order number. Even if promo is no more running, you have 5 days to pay for it. If payment info is not submitted within 5 days our store automatically deletes this order. This is required to keep our stock always actual, because when you place an order the items you ordered are reserved and taken out of the list of available items on site. Also many customers place orders and never pay. We need to delete these orders in timely manner to keep the stock for others. Nobody else will be able to order items you ordered. So, there are 5 days to pay for an order. Even if promo is over, you still get your discount if order was placed within the promo. However, even if you need a longer time, this is also possible, we can restore your order if it was placed within the same month when you requested the restoration.
 
Hey there, I would be glad this post to be positive and optimistic, unfortunately it won`t... We knew that illegal business can be often rude and dirty. However, we still hoped everyone will behave in a dignified way.
This has not happened...

To cut it short, guys we are not going to conceal this info. We got troubles with most of the payments sent by certain old fashioned payment option. We from our side did everything to ensure a smooth process. We set our site so that customers would receive each time changing names of the receivers in order to avoid holds of our receivers from XX. We prepared a list of a few dozens continuously changing receivers. They were absolutely not connected and even did not know each other. All of them were blocked by XX and all payments are on hold. We are not able to receive them. To be absolutely honest, our receivers got info that payments are on hold due to illegal nature of the transfer.
In other words, we think XX knew what are this payments for. We have never experienced this before. Obviously, XX would not try to find out who gets paid for what. Just imagine how many sellers in Moldova, hundreds of thousands, if not millions, accept XX as payment option. Someone pointed our store out deliberately. We checked our orders history and found some accounts with unusual activity and irregularly high amount of small orders placed. All had XX as payment option chosen. These orders are still not paid and I don`t think they will be. We are pretty sure someone intentionally found out the list of our WU receivers and in some way informed XX about them.

Don`t worry, it does not mean you lost your money. It only means we were not able to receive those transfers. Everything we could pick up was picked up and orders confirmed. If you paid though XX and your order is still not confirmed, most probably your payment is on hold. We start receiving e-mails with roughly the following contents:
Hey, I placed my order 26th and sent the money XX on Nov 27. I just received a phone call from XX stating that the receiver can not receive the money sent so they will be giving me my money back. Can you please allow me to still receive the Black Friday deal if I resend the money....any other ways of handling this? Thank you.

In the meantime, there are not only bad news. We are doing our best to improve our production and prove this to you. We have heard your claims regarding same batch numbers at different products. We completely reconsidered the batch system of batch numeration. It is much more consistent now, each type of product has individual batch nr. Moreover, a couple of days ago we started production of a new batch of test e. We made a short video for you that internal quality testing exists, which some of you questioned.
Here is the video. The procedure is actually boring and requires longer time, but on video you can see the simplified testing process in real time.It is our own equipment, we don`t borrow it somewhere. We have it permanently in our disposal.


On top of this, we are going upload to our official site and make public all chromatography results of each new batch of each product type produced.
Our coders are working on updating the site for this, in a while everything will be uploaded.

Guys, as you know we are running our Christmas-New Year promo now, but it is valid only for orders paid by bitcoins. There is a change here. Also, i warn everyone in advance that due to chinese new year our international warehouse will be able to ship orders only till the 19th of January. From the 20th of January till the roughly 5th of February we will not be able to ship. All orders placed after 18th of January will be shipped after 5th of February.
To smooth this down time we continue our promo till the 10th of February.

I don`t want to scare everyone, but there is an issue with recent transfers sent through Western Union to different receivers. They failed. We don`t know why and it takes time to find it out, now are holidays. Probably due to this or maybe due to this

WU actually does not know what you pay for, so there is nothing to be afraid of. Probably they blocked all people who received more transfers within a short period.We don`t know this. I can`t provide more details here. We sent instruction e-mails to all whose transfers were not picked up.
For future orders please use preferably bitcoin or Money Gram. If WU is the only possible option for you its ok, we changed names, but while we don`t know yet what is the reason of this its better to use other ways.
Again, a situation where bitcoin shows what a wonderful payment way it is. All orders paid with bitcoins were confirmed without any issues.
 
Also, we receive more and more reports about counterfeits. This time most of them arrive from South America.
As per our information counterfeits are manufactured in in Paraguay.
Fake products have cheap-looking packaging and a very cheap price.

Hi all, i have important warning for all. Pharmacom Labs gets counterfeited more and more. One of our bulk customers in UK has been offered by a third-side supplier allegedly original Pharmacom Labs products. He has been offered samples and made photos for us. We have recently seen a poorly made copy of Pharmacom Labs from Latin America And now we encountered this very precise counterfeit of our products. Not every person would be able to find differences.

Original boxes are a little bit higher as the the fake ones. There are some differences in fonts as well as color shades and caps used . However, the most important difference is that the fake vials use only strips with codes:


and our current original vials have codes implemented directly into the label under a scratch-off layer with our logos:


We have to warn you as well that unfortunately fake vials can have codes, which are verified as genuine in our official site! Again, fake vials have codes on strips only. The codes, which we have checked, belong to the early batches, which we launched years ago in 2014 yet. Someone ordered our products in bulk and took the strips which were supplied with our vials or just copied them. As far as we are aware only vials are counterfeited, no pills and amps were found. We think the verification codes will repeat on vials. In this case, when checking the codes on our site, you will see the warning: this code was checked 2 (or 3,4,5,etc.) times before. Please don`t order from doubtful sources. If you order from basicstero.info or pharmacomstore.ws you for sure will have only genuine products.
