    Your Best "Random" Meals

So we've all been there. You missed a meal, you didn't have time to eat or maybe you didn't think out your prep. Now it's late, the fridge is full but you don't feel like cooking, so you grab whatever is on hand to hit those macros.

Example - baked bbq chicken, lasagna, salad swimming in olive oil, and 3tbsp peanut butter for dessert.

That's what I just ate, and I've done much worse in the past. What monstrous food combinations have you put together?

I grab half a pound of turkey lunch meat, a quarter pound of cheese, cut the cheese into something like French fries and then wrap the turkey around the cheese like a burrito.

Never added cheese but I will certainly grab a huge pile of shaved ham or turkey, roll it up and eat it as is.

Whenever I need to eat and don't feel like cooking, I do 1- Minute Quaker Oats with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter and liquid egg whites mixed in, with some honey on top. It's quick, easy to make, and easy to eat (You can almost drink it down if you make it a little watery if you are in a hurry).

Try putting all that in a hot skillet. True awesome pancake... And drown it with sugar free syrup

I keep a bucket full of plain cooked chicken on hand at all times. I just reach in and grab a breast and go to town. Plain and cold.

Three hand fulls of oatmeal cooked for about two minutes in the microwave. Add three scoops of chocolate protein powder and a little water to get the right consistency.
