    Female RC Labs Prop./Var. Log. updated 1, 30 and 65 day pics.

    Took advantage of the Prop. sale picked up a few extra at $10.00. Now we going to log the cycle.
    Looking at Test Prop. 10 weeks 75mg per week (.25mgs. 3 times a week MWF) will add Var start of week 5, 30mgs. per day. Adex every e3d.
    Starting Stats:
    5'-9"
    137 lbs.
    33 waist
    36 chest
    38.5 hips
    15 calves (both)
    9.5 right forearm...9 left forearm
    11 right bicep...11.25 left bicep

    This ought to be interesting. Been training a friend of mine with similar build... been thinking about putting her on some anavar as well. Log couldn't of had better timing...looking forward to seeing the results.

    Lunch: 6oz. Tuna, 1 cup wild rice
    Snack: 1/2 cup Almonds
    Dinner: 6oz. Steak, 1 cup brown rice, 1 cup brocoli
    snack: 25g. Protein shake
