    Last two days we changed up our workouts and focused on the negative on every left.
    So weight used was less. We used a 3 sec. Count for neg. Of each rep. Created a nice pump and a hell of a burn.
    Photo shows she is still leaning out and gaining weight at the same time. Day 30 and Day 56

    Leg Curls

    Calf raises
    Single leg 3 X 10

    Up a total of 13 lbs and clearly a lot leaner.

    Weight holding at 150
    Strength still increasing. Very hard all over and starting see some muscles coming in. Will have updated pics soon.

    Day 67 Legs
    Day 68 off/rest

    Weight holding steady at 150. Overall strength is up and body has nice tone and hardness.
    She will come of the Prop. On day 70 we will take pics and new measurements.
    Will continue the Var. for 5 more weeks which will get her thru day 105.
    We will do periodic updates and answer and questions during this time.
    Overall the Test cycle was great with very little sides.
    10 weeks at .25mg x 3 times a week (2 pins left).

    Day 1 on top, Day 30 middle and Day 65 on Bottom. Starting weight was 137...10 weeks weight at 150. Clearly slimmer looking, lot harder and stronger.
