    DB Shoulder Blade Squeeze

    Roman Chair

    Diet consistent with other days. Acne improved with eliminating Peanut Butter.
    Wrist sore with lot of DB exercise so we are changing it up.

    Day 52 Arms
    Weight is 148.5
    Huge improvement in overall hardness. No new sides to report. Will get back to full detail this week. Just been very busy.
