Anyone remember the otc "1-AD" supplement? Way back in the early 2000s when I was first getting into lifting I started taking it and then it was banned. Always been curious why it got banned.
 
check the ingredients.... that will tell you just about everything for any supplement
 
I did it...didn't really get a whole lot out of it.

It was way past the expiration date though lol. I kept a box of it after it had been banned and it sat in my cupboard for years.
 
didn't they come out with a gimmick 1 ad thats basically just like a methylated version of DHEA?

fuck the supplement industry

Except for optimum whey.
