    Friday Arms

    Started w Abs x250

    Diamond push ups x35

    Bar Curls (in the squat rack bc I can)
    1x25 45lbs
    1x20 55
    1x15 65
    4x11 75

    Tricep rope push downs
    5x11 80lbs
    superset DB Skullcrushers 5x11 15lbs

    DB Bicep Curls (full turn)
    6x11 15lbs

    Tricep rope push downs
    5x11 80lbs
    superset DB Skullcrushers 5x11 15lbs

    Bicep Hammer Curls
    5x21 15lbs

    Comments: Felt fatigue from cardio yesterday. Still pushed hard on arms. Freaking amazing the weight I'm moving. Curls w 15s was meaningful when isolating the muscle.

    Tomorrow is Leg day...if I have any left. I am sore! love legs
