Ha ha. Naw, ironic part is I told trainer that this particular cardio was getting easier. Not missing a beat, he says use 12's on presses next time.

Thursday Cardio - Pop a Squat

    Cardio Lunge/Squat
Squat lunge down - 11 squats at the poles
    Straight lunge back
    11 times

This down the GREEN MILE again. So it's R Lunge > Squat > L Lunge > Squat to each pole. At he pole - it's 11 squats. That's 77 on the poles for each trip. Didn't count squats between poles down the 60 yards. On the way back straight lunging.

Comments: What I do know is that I just did over 1000 squats after heavy legs yesterday. My a** and quads are toast. Took me about 1 hr 20 min. This isn't a back exercise, so I was determined work that booty.

AY Var 50 mg & Primo 10 mg
Nothing major to report other than some cankle water. It disappears after I sweat 5 lbs of water during cardio.

I keep checking myself in the mirror and swear I look bigger. My shoulders...anyway. Tomorrow NO CARDIO. Hells yeah! BUT any time there is a no cardio day it means the following day SUCKS! Saturday afternoon cardio is by far the hardest I've done. It's STUPID. This whole new level is a trip.

Yeah, its probably not you. Dem shoulders are one of the best parts of AAS.

People always ask what I do for shoulders. I tell em like it is. Years of consistent training and diet. And sterons. I leave the last part out.

ha ha right? But truly wo the first 2 solidly in place, the last does zero. Otherwise we'd all look like DLB and Phil Heath.

That's why I don't feel bad. I had a good build before gear. It enhanced what I had no doubt.

Nice workout logs! I'm sure you are making a lot guys at the gym look like wusses with your workout plan. I took NPP as well on my last cycle and love it except my muscles got too tight. Lucky for me that I'm a LMT and loosen my superficial fascia and muscles out. Good job and keep the hard work!

Thanks, John. I would love to have a LMT to loosen fascia and muscles. Foam roller is my friend right now.

I kept wearing them out. I had to go get a 6" diameter piece of PVC pipe. it hurts at first but you get used to it and it'll never wear out.

Interested to see if you run NPP and how you do with it. Mrs BTC ran it for 6 weeks at 25mg E3D and it seemed to have a recomp effect. moved to 35mg and it only lasted three pins before going back to 25mg because the pumps were so bad it hindered her training. (granted it was with 30mg of anavar as well)

Will be interesting to see what happens, indeed. I've got a while, though. Sorry about pumps for the Mrs. Those are brutal.

PVC pipe?! Wow, that's for advanced users. Probably end up there, too
