    Tuesday Back At It

    Chin ups (fully extended) x35

    Underhand Bar Rows
    1x5 10 kg
    1x5 105 lbs
    1x5 115
    3x5 135

    DB Back Flys (head on bench)
    5x11 20 lbs

    Underhand Lat Pulldown
    4x11 115 lbs (full extension)
    1x11 130

    Straight Arm Pulldowns
    5x11 70 lbs *lowered weight

    Perfect Push-ups x35


    Comments: Worked today! Back definitely fatigued from cardio yesterday. Lowered weight on straight arms. Still was heavy.

    My my appetite is increasing. Libido is groovy. Mentally focused. Emotionally, I'm unchanged. Normal hysteria. Jk. Sleep - not enough but that's cuz I'm either working, training, logging, or eating. All good in da hood!!

    Tuesday Cardio Bike Tabata

    Cardio Bike Tabata
    49:30 Minutes - 10 Cycles
    Leg Press x 25 2PPS during (9) 1:15 min breaks bw Tabatas


    Comments: Just pounded it today. Made those quad heads burn on leg press and on bike. Such a masochist. Leg presses were real w full range, not pumps. God I want big legs soooo bad. They're happening. More leg muscle than I've had in a lifetime. Been skinny fat 80% of my life. All this muscle is new. I'm going to sound like a broken record, if I don't already.

    Tomorrow morning is HEAVY LEGS...so sexy. Eat it up!!

    Back is second hardest to train in my opinion next to wheels..You truly have some nice development going on and you can really see the separations..

    Yeah, the separation starting to show is awesome. Gives me a glimpse in to the insanity that the future holds for you.

    And remember, 1lb extra or one more rep each week on those military presses and you'll be pushing 125's in no time.

    Elevated Straight Leg Deadlifts

    Lunge Down & Back (60 yards each way) *no stopping

    Comments: worked hard, again. Pre-fatigued from cardio. I've started doing leg press hands free. Whole new exercise! My new PR was doing 6 pps WITHOUT holding on to something. Never been strong enough. Well, by golly I did it today! Now becomes the new standard.

    A side note: Maybe I forget what I look like from day to day BUT I swear I look bigger every morning. Whatever the case, it's working for me.

    Hands free, hmmm, I'll have to try that one. I love doing them one leg at a time, haven't tried the hands free though. Another variation to add to the list!

    If you aint sore, you aint workin. Keep at it.

    I try to do leg presses hands free, but after two ACL injuires I like to stabalize my knees w/ my hands. No pushing w/ them, just keep them in place. I guess I should buy some knee wraps.
