    Monday Cardio Beastie Back

    Cardio Back 1 (Supersets w no breaks)
    (6 sets of 16 reps superset w 6 flys)

    Seated Row -100 lbs
    Rear High Pulls - 80 lbs
    Straight Arm Pulldowns - 70 lbs
    Overhead Lat Pulldown 85 lbs
    Underhand Lat Pulldown 100 lbs
    DB for superset 20 lbs


    Comments: I made a decision earlier today that I was going to tear it up this afternoon. Damn, I did! Upped the weights by 10 lbs or 1 plate. Those lbs used to be what I lifted with breaks. Now, truth be told, those reps are not all full ROM. After the 12th rep, my muscles started to lock up. Back will be good and tired for Back training in the morning.

    Underhand Bar Rows

    DB Back Flys (head on bench)
    5x11 20 lbs


    Underhand Lat Pulldown
    5x11 115 lbs (full extension)


    Straight Arm Pulldowns
    5x11 80 lbs


    Perfect Push-ups x35


    Abs x250


    Comments: Nailed it, again. Went heavier on underhand rows and on straight arm pull downs. Pushed myself on chin ups. Those are improving. Overall physique wise I'm noticing quad and glute definition - leaning I'm having great fun w this training and cycle.

    Ha ha. Thanks, Mace. Bc i start from bottom and pull up, I don't do 35 in a row. I can do 7 w full ROM. I will beat that next week!
