    Comments: Nailed this to the wall! So, cardio has 900 push ups and 900 scissors. Please note I do "cardio" push-ups. I did this last week and it took me 1 hour and 20 min. This week 59 min 58 sec!!!

    Great energy today. My squats are solid. Feeling the cumulative effect of the week. Sore. Deep crazy sore. LOVE IT!






    This is just insaneness to the Maxx! I like it. Great improvement on time. Holy hell! You are straight killing it!

    Thanks, guys! Feel like I am. Cardio doesn't seem to be having negative impact. I'm leaning and well, the scale reads 6 lbs heavier. Could be all water but.....

    I would take that as a positive.... It seems different body types and metabolisms react much differently to cardio. Some people can take a beating from cardio and be fine (usually more endomorphic), others start losing mass right away (usually the ectomorphs).

    Monday Chest

    Flat bench flyes
    5x11 20lbs


    Flat bench press.
    1x5 95 lbs
    1x5 115 lbs
    1x5 135 lbs
    1x5 155 lbs
    3x5 185 lbs


    incline bar press. 5x11 115lbs
    incline DB turns. 5x11 25 lbs
    incline DB center press 5x11 30lbs

    Comments: Great chest day! Last rep of 185 was a tad too low. Had to bail Can't blame a girl for her ambition. DB's are becoming easier quickly. Oh! Almost forgot - took the 155 down to chest w ea rep. Full ROM! Pro boba why I failed on last 185 rep.

    Incline db turns... are those when the DB are neutral grip at the bottom of the motion... rotation during the upward motion to a standard grip (even a little over ) at the top of the motion?

    Parallel at the top. Starts as regular press. I started to do them the other way to make it harder but boss man said not to.
