I'm sort of taking the MorePlatesMoreDates approach and just trying to listen to everyone and homeschool myself on everything. I have a question. If someone has gear they don't want, is selling / trading allowed, and if so, how / where would one go about it? I didn't see a rule against it, but I don't want to break any protocol or rule I didn't see. So, I'm asking first, and of course I won't do it unless someone in charge explicitly says it's okay and says how to go about it.

Ditto. This unwritten rule helps keep all parties safe and no forum rules broken if done that way. Of course don't ever discuss this kind of thing in open forum!

Don’t tell him I ever said this but he’s another one that I can honestly say is good people. Every actual conversation I’ve had with him he’s one of nicest and genuine dudes on this planet. You’re 100% right SB. Never has said anything negative to me even away from here. I’ll honestly be seriously bummed if I never get to meet the guy face to face. I could learn a lot about life from him that’s for sure. Ok I’ll stop now so his head doesn’t swell up so much he won’t fit through a door.
