    Bro don't over think your training. Heavy pulls then do some different angle curls and call it a day. Kill that muscle out and it will grow. I always hear "10-12 reps" or "6-8 reps" and guess what both those dudes are getting gains. Must mean they both work. I finally simplified my workouts and getting the best results of my life.

    I've always been a hard arm gainer. What are your opinions on how to get the upper portion of the bicep to grow?

    my worst body part when i was younger was arms, i always did like everyone stated then back n bis, chest n tris... i soon learned to train bis and tris together and alternate bis tris in sets during the workout (see d-lats log almost identical to that) did more volume roughly 12 reps with every set and arms grew like weeds.

    I do 21's and hammer curls usually. I was a hard arm gainer and then realized that tri's helped tremendously with getting cannons.

    I do alot of differant bi cip workouts. 21´s, concentrated, Hammer, Eazy bar, Straight bar curls etc. I find working Back and Bicips to be a great workout. I like to change bicip excersises every 6 weeks(just my prefrance) I go heavy with 10 -12 reps, I only do three differant excersises for bicip per workout. Give everything a try, form over volume.
