Noticed my leg veins while sitting there and figured some of you homos might wanna see.
No pump or anything like that, veins are just more prominent after one week in on this gear.
Headed to crush legs at the gym now. Workout will be:
WARM UP:
2 sets body squats 15-20 reps
2 sets body weight walking lunges 15-20
Knee pulses 100 reps each side
WORKOUT:
Leg Press (normal feet placement) 2X8-10
Leg Press (feet high on platform) 2X8-10
DB Walking Lunge 2X8-10
DB Bulgarian Split Squat 2X8-10 each leg
Leg Extension 2X8-10
Lying Leg Curl 2X8-10
Standing Calf Raise Machine 4X8-12
Hip Thrust Machine 2X8-10
