Been a rough few months with my father-in-law passing and dealing with probate. Had great results running a Euro Pharma cycle over the summer but stress and too much food quickly erased those gains. Gonna try something new for a winter bulk. Heard great things about Gear Church so I'm running a trest cycle. The plan.

50mg trest EOD
50mg npp EOD
50mg test iso x2 EW
100mg mast e x2 EW
provi 25mg in the am
aromasin 12.5mg EOD
caber .25mg x2 EW

Diet is eat like a fucking horse. I bought a ton of chicken breasts, egg whites, and fish (cod, mahi, salmon, and halibut). If I can avoid all the Mexican food my wife makes I'll be ok, but her pussy and food are my fucking kryptonite.

GC was on point with communication pre and post order. Got some excellent info when I explained what I intended to take based on my limited understanding of ment. He had a vested interest in me using more gear than I needed but was really clear on the potential of e2 spiking with ment and test combined and all I needed npp for was maybe joint health. My original plan was 50mg ment EOD, 150mg npp EOD, 200mg test iso EOD and 200mg mast EW. I would have been rocking double D's in no time.

Week one and the oil is smooth as silk. Monday, chest/triceps, Tuesday, back/biceps, and today was shoulders and legs. Just to gauge my strength I went up to 305 for three on flat bench. 275 for 8. I'm embarrassed to post these starting picks especially next to where I was at the end of my unsponsored PSL log, but, in all fairness, it has been a rough few months.

I'm 47. Did a few years on a yard where PPDs kept me going (pushups, pullups and dips). I still like to crank out a few sets of pullups to warm up on back day.

I usually have a shake when I wake up to go to the gym at 4:30 but now I have to eat my morning oatmeal too. I've been eating egg whites and locks with veggies before clocking in for work at 8. Not counting calories but it has to be pushing 4k and I'm not doing cardio (other than walking my dogs).

Oil is smooth.
Sex drive is through the roof (maybe accounting for my weight loss hahaha).

I think my AI protocol is dialed in keeping me in a normal e2 range. I've heard this is something to be cautious about with trest. The only compound that has ever made my nips sensitive is dbol and as I get older I avoid most orals with the exception of var and primo ace. I'll pull bloods around week 6 to see where I'm at.

Diet could be better but the holidays are here and my mom just sent us a gift basket with all kinds of chocolates and shit. Restraint.

Weight is up to 207.

I am replacing the Alpha provi with some GC provi I picked up during the holiday sale. All my gear will be GC on this winter run with the exception of some IL gh that I just got from their sale. Just started the gh on week two and plan to run it for 4 months.

Started eating really clean after the Christmas splurge. New Years was salmon and shrimp with whole grain rice and asparagus.

Going to pull bloods on week 6, and if everything looks good push this for a 100 day run (5 vials of trest).

Weight is up to 212 and I'm starting to lean out. Here is a fun pick of my pup trying to flex his back with his papa.

Just checking in. Week 6 and ordered bloods to be drawn next week. Feeling strong as fuck.

Last week I was only able to hit the gym three days. Chest/triceps, back/biceps, and shoulders/legs. Think I got COVID on Thursday. Wife and me both had mild symptoms (bit of a chill and cough). She puked Friday morning but we were g2g by Saturday. Wanted to make sure we are both good before going back to the gym.

She has been hitting it with me and also on a primo/var cycle. 12.5mg primo in the am and 12.5mg var in the am and pm. Her gains are crazy. She was leg pressing 8 plates this morning.

My pin schedule through the cycle has been (1ml of 50 trest .3ml of 150mg npp, .3ml of 200mg test iso), and then (1ml trest 50mg, 1ml mast e 200mg, .3ml 150mg npp). I am rotating these to pin EOD. AI is still the same 12.5mg aromasin EOD and .25mg caber once a week for prolactin.

Question, with the short ester compounds should I draw blood 2 days after my last pin?
