The problem is, people aren't willing to do their homework. The data is hard to come by, and scientists, in order to get grants, have to cater to what the grants are being given for. Do a study proving that temperatures aren't rising, you'll be jobless. THAT'S the problem. And if you're ok watching 400+ private jets fly to a Scotland, when the rest of the world does business over zoom, and then hearing them say we can't eat meat, you should go ahead and sell your car, quit heating your house, and stop eating meat.
 
The saddest thing of all is that there are millions of gullible people over there, ready to take any bullshit they are told by CNN or BBC, or any other news channel. They will buy smarter thermostats, but those responsible for real pollution will continue flying private jets, throwing tons of waist into the ocean and pretending to care.

JUST IN - Arctic Ocean began warming since the onset of the 20th century, decades earlier than previously thought, a new study finds.

Francesco Muschitiello, an author of the study and assistant professor of geography at the University of Cambridge, said the findings were worrisome because it shows there "might be a flaw in the models scientists use to predict how the climate will change."
