Thanks bother it’s the biggest cleanest baileys in town and huge sauna hiit free weights power racks machines and smiths the only thing I want is an inside pool

Did some legs ad back as im still working out what my routine will be. Just glad to be back on the iron pile after all this time. Started my cycle and gym membership same day. Got the platinum premium at baileys. Right down the street from house for now

Thanks brother I always try to be both. Nowhere near perfect but doing this since i was 12 and got a good grip on things. I also train people and give them nutrition advice as well i just don’t shill on here for clients. I’m at the gym now and brother it feels so good after so long without !! Stay blessed

Still eating clean basically several eggs for breakfast and a big azz salad with tuna or chicken for dinner after work. Not much in between really but I’ve dropped from 267.8 on 10/22 to 247.0 as of this morning and bumping up the npp to 450 e.w. Along with my test cyp 500 e.w. And PSL’s DHEA @300 e.w.
Been working 18-20 hour days all last week through sunday and am back to normal 9-10 hour days this week so I’ll be able to get back in the gym.

Yes sir I informed my customer yesterday that I am not working on thanksgiving day. Im trying to make this guy really happy as he is a return customer that had me install LVP throughout his entire condo 2 years ago and now im remodeling both of his bathrooms with new garden tubs,travertine walls, new toilets and new vanity’s. I’ll take a couple before and after’s when i get the chance.
He’s been very cool and understanding about me having to take half of Friday and all Saturday off without notice so I could help a friend out and put new flooring in her house for her before she moved in that weekend. Here’s some pics of that lil $$maker

Good eye brother, they were already cut high. I have a Robert’s jamb saw i use made for cutting jambs and i never set mine any higher than -1.6to1/8 over whatever material I’m laying. Whoever cut these jambs must a been wanting a 2x4 floor covering

! I watch HGTV more than I should, that just made a completely improved look. Went from London Broil to Filet Mignon! When you get a chance , let me know feedback on the dhea . They check it on my bloods but, I haven’t ever used any dhea. Good job ....Again
. I need help on my Rogue Studio. Just getting the right Mirrors has been hard. I want EZ install for Dummies but, I want to do a good job and make sure it lasts. That damn Chinese flush Fan(to replace my low hanging fan) what a bitch! Took 7 mo to get and was the wrong one(220v powered for England) . I am just gonna hit the local big box store and order one out of their catalog(they didn’t have any I liked). This is near what I am looking for with lights would be great.

Yeah, the model has light(360deg)around the outer perimeter , it actually is very cool and gives me a lot more Clearance. They have some super sleek, fancy ones but, for a small room this will do. It does have an internal fan, semi-flush mount. Not hard to install but, I had such a poor experience; I am just ordering US now. I do buy products but only is they have an LA/Miami warehouse(like my DialTech adjustable dumbbells) which they just sent me a lifetime warranty because I bought one of the first 500 pair. The ones they sell now - 37.5kg per dumbbell look different. I am guess if I got the good model(the ones they put out first, then cheapen the item, lol). They do work great and I have had zero issues with any of my equipment. I cannot believe how much they have raised prices on used/new equipment, memberships, shit we spend money on daily. Plus the shipping : USPS has gone down hill. There are some days, I know for a fact he just skips my road because it is the last area of his route. I still give him a nice Christmas gift each year , plus I have always left a bottle of whiskey for the Garbagemen. I highly suggest a nice cash gift w card for your postman. He does extra stuff for me and is just a cool guy. So, onto checking out these large glass-like, EZ install mirrors , I think the glassless, acrylic type is best for the studio. I would like glass but 36”x60” ones I Mentioned can take some hits. I am eating Hawaiian Mac Salad w Huli Huli Sauce right now (rarely get past so I ate a ton!). I did Lobster Rolls & some Hawaiian sides and a Japanese Dessert. Delicious!
Slept & now am awake. Training at 0530(just cardio).

Salad freakn delicious
(Spring mix) with tuna banana peppers and creamy balsamic vinegar for dinner alot of the time and 7 whole eggs with minced red onion, barbacoa and cilantro for breakfast same as usual just added the barbacoa since we had it from the night before. I work alot and have been hitting the gym 4-6 days a week for a few hours at a time and usually only get two meals in a day (breakfast and dinner) so i decided to try something a little different.
Im two weeks in on my cycle:
Test cyp 500 mg e.w.
NPP 450-500 mg e.w.
Cataclysm two tabs a day
DHEA 300-400 mg e.w. (3 weeks)
And im going to run 50 mg of winny starting 3 days ago for 4 weeks and then again last 4weeks of 16-20 week cycle.
10-20 mg cialis daily
Already feeling great and somehow ive gained 15 lbs in the last 2 days

Yes indeed i believe you are correct sir. Paid hourly workers is what I’m looking for actually just nobody wants to work. Ive been asking around for months now. Still no luck but i know that when i find the right one or two or four it’s gonna be a beautiful thing !!
