Hey guys I just have a question regarding getting blood work to see my gh levels. What would be the better panel to get to see most accurate results of gh and to see the quality of my gh? Should I get the hgh serum panel or test IGF? Thank you!

Gh serum for quality - 18+ is good IMO
Igf1 for baseline , then another Igf1 after 6 weeks of use (shows % increase in Igf1)
IGF1 VARIES VASTLY.

Yup. Delt IM . 3-3.5hts is fine . Always show up 15 min before lab opens so your first or second . In and out , have a big azz coffee waiting for you!! ️!! I dig the Nitro Black Cold Brew

Yes. IM only . Sub q will slowly release. IM is standard
