All right, first meal down cup and a half of Quaker Oats. Tablespoon of brown sugar, 24 grams whey protein shake. Can't forget about my scoop of athletic greens!! Really like this stuff!

2 hours going to be my first real meal 7 oz of beef 300 grams of rice. Woke up feelin great. Weighed in at 207.6.

I'm weighing myself every Saturday morning so I don't discourage myself during the week with my ups and downs in weight. If I lose a couple pounds in body mass it really fucks with my mind. So now once a week.

About to pop my first Drol / Dbol! Can't wait to see how much size and strength this gives me, so Pumped!!

Today I'm working out with my buddy who's tryin to go pro he's 245 right now lean. Today is going to be a heavy leg destroying day. Going to be fucking brutal this guy always kills me.

Legs are so fucking destroyed. Could barely get into my car so hard to walk up my stairs. Feels fuckin great! 2 hours all legs. My homie really pushed me hard as fuck. So burnt. Just ate 7oz beef 333 grams of rice.

Man I had the craziest pumps I've ever had in the gym today, aggression was off the chart. I had to take longer breaks because my legs were so pumped with blood I could barely move them, felt insane. I literally can do one set lightweight and get a pump on any muscle.

This product is definitely strong. Felt stronger as well. Can't wait to see the results. I can already tell they're going to be great. So glad I got the opportunity to try this stuff!!

The Waygu Beef (fatty) is delicious from Walmart of all places . I so used to 96/4 beef , the Waygu melts like butter ! Try the 1/3 lb Burger patties sometime. Of course I eat the whole pound in 4 minutes !

Have a good weekend brother. I usually feel dbol after a week and drol after about 10 day's. This is an interesting combo because drol kills my appetite and dbol brings it threw the roof.

They should even each other out for a syngestic effect.

Yup cruising right now bloods came back clean so lm gearing up to start my winter bulk Nov 1st. Gonna go full bore on the one and really try to push that calorie surplus in hopes of better growth, it’s hoodie season so I figure why not just really try to pack on some mass even if it comes with a little fluff… that’s ok.

Zion was nice enough to hook me up with a 3 month coaching stint with montego, so I’m pumped as all hell man, I’ve heard such good things about having his guidance.

Just got to decide what kind of gear I wanna run this time around and figure it out quickly too.

Thanks bro you too! I hope so been two days now. Not effecting appetite yet. I'm still hungry as hell all day long. I keep reading Anadrol is one of the steroids that you feel instantly. A lot of powerlifters use it for meets. I swear I feel 8t already. Might be in my mind for sure!

Turned out to be a viral stomach bug. Every person in my house either got A. Really bad diarrhea, B. Really bad stomach bloat or C. Both. Ran its course for about 7-10 days with all of us. My daughter got the bloat just like me and we took her to the hospital too, turned out it was just a virus that was just running it’s course, everyone is good now.

I wanna eat as clean as possible, like you basically meat and rice and oats seem to do me well. Always feel the best when I eat like that too it just takes a lot of discipline.

Its so easy to east a simple diet you just have to want it. Once you get rolling again see some awesome gainz.

Great day of relaxing. My off days I really miss the gym, but I know I need to relax to grow. Got all my meals in today so far. I know it's only been two days on the Dbol/ Drol. Not affecting my appetite yet, no stomach bloat. I am 100% holding more water though. Anytime I start to hold water. I could instantly see it in my face. Its not to bad but I definitely notice it.

Can't wait to hit the gym tomorrow so fucking pumped!!! Chest and back. I'm going to get a little notepad so I can start writing down what exercises I do on what days. Sometimes I have trouble remembering what I've done a few days prior. Want to make sure I'm hitting everything correctly. I know I'm going to be stronger for sure tomorrow!!

Got my meal prep done for the next 2 days. All 7oz beef/ 320g of rice. Tomorrow I'm going to pick up some chicken, chicken and rice sounds pretty good lately lol. Been eatting so much beef the last 4 days.

I go on little benders. Until I get grossed out. What I need to do is incorporate both chicken and beef in the same day. Had a half jar of peanut butter today. Going to start measuring that on the scale just to see how many calories I'm getting a day from peanut butter.

Today's been a good day. Rolled out of bed at 5am feelin pumped.

Legs are still jacked from Saturday feel a lot better though. Today's going to be chest and back. Can't wait to get in there!! Been thinking about it all day.

I definitely feel different. Holding more water for sure. Little more on edge. Nothing to bad tho. Got to add a little bit of water to make them gainz baby, haha.


Took down cup and a half oatmeal. Sprinkle some dark brown sugar that in bitch. Sooooooo... good. 30grams whey protein.

9am start of real meals. Like I said yesterday 70oz beef/ 320 grams of rice. Next meal at 11. Next meal at 2 next meal at 630 next meal at 9 then all done. Might have another bowl of oatmeal with little brown sugar on it for dessert at the end of the night.

Nothing negative to report as of yet.. everything dialed in great. Going to take 5mg Cialis and one 25mg/25mg dbol/drol at 230. For my work out at 4. Can't wait to see how I feel!! Report back later tonight!! Happy gainz my guys!!!

I use no sugar added ketchup with a little bit of mustard. For my chicken I use Sweet Baby Ray's honey Hickory BBQ sauce I think it's called?

It gets hard at times but I power through, lol. What about you bro?
 
What a day. Long day at work. Made it to the gym at 4:15 left at 6:45. I really need to start shorting that up. I just get so into it and don't want to leave. Want to keep it to an hour and a half.

Started with chest. Ended with back did 6 exercises. 5 sets, trying to keep in rep range of 15-20. Definitely feeling stronger. Really destroyed the chest.. I really need to focus on exercises that hit the center chest. Really lacking center chest development.

Back did 5 exercises, same rep range. Back is definitely feelin like a went hard. Need to focus on lower lat development. Back is one of my favorite days.

Tomorrow is going to be arm day. With some cafe work.

So on the juice front. Hit around 330mg Test C. M/W/F
Drol/Dbol 25mg
5mg Cialis
1mg adex
.5mg Caber

Taking liv-52 for a little liver support. Also taking a few fish oil pills 💊 a day. Got all my meals in. Had a half of a coke zero, going to have the other half with my 9:00 meal. Usually have oatmeal again but feeling like some beef and rice so going to have another one of those.

On the negative front..
feels like a got a little but of anxiety starting up. And I'm angry like a mother fucker alot. Really need to chill out. I been driving fast as fuck lately to. Road rage ant no joke. I got a fast car and its easy to get in trouble. Need to chill. No acne no hair loss. Other then the mood changes everything is good.

Hope everyone got there meals in today. I know it's hard sometimes but look at that meal like its the extra reps you need to grow. Don't quit and keep fuckin pushin!!! NO QUIT!!

Ok, so I think figured something out with a side affect of Viagra that I get pretty hard core. It acts as a diuretic 100%. I didn't take it all weekend and yesterday I was pretty bloated. Took 10mg lastnight and I had to get up 3 times to piss like a waterhose.

This morning bloat is gone. Feeling dry and lean, I'm not going to take it for a week and see if the extra water will give me some gainz.

1st meal was the regular protein shake, oatmeal and brown sugar. Cup and a half.

2nd meal is coming up here at 9:00. Today is an all beef day. Ran out of my meats so need to gram some chicken and beef tonight.

Next few days are going to be chicken and rice. Beef next week. Getting grossed out. Almost Friday, lookin forward to my cheat meal, haha.

Chest and back feel good today. Wish my back was a little, more sore. Today is going to be arms going. Getting stronger by the day. Another 10 pounds would be an awesome addition to the physique.

My before gym routine is,
7oz beef, 330g rice. At 2:00 . 1 Dbol/drol, 5mg Cialis at 2:15. One scoop of gorilla mind pre-workout, one scoop of gorilla mind pump formula. Always have great pumps. Lately with the Dbol/Drol combo I'm definitely filling up with blood faster. Strength is up for sure. Heavy stuff at work is now easy to move.

Todays goal is get the meals in so I can fuel an amazing workout at 4! You guys take it easy!!
 
All meals went down nice and smooth.. Juat ate my pre-workout meal at 2:15. Popped one dbol/drol at 2:00. I'm so pumped for the gym I have anxiety! Lol about to destroy arms for hour and a half. Can't wait!!
