Here we go guys. Vacations comin soon. I want to be the best looking guy on the beach. I'm at 205 right now. Goal is 215 lean as fuck!! I'm so fucking pumped and motivated to kick hardcore fucking ass. Shit I might even get over 10 lb if everything goes right!!

UncleZ was kind enough to let me try his new, Euro pharmacies Gold line orals. It's a Dbol/Drol combo. 25mg Oxymetholone, 25mg Methandienone. Should be very interesting. Love Dbol. Always a staple in most of my Cycles. I'm very excited to try Drol. Going to be a first-time been reading very good reviews. CANT FUCKIN WAIT!!

Right now I'm eating 7oz beef/chicken 300 grams Jasmine rice. Three or four tablespoons of peanut butter and a shit ton of pistachios. Can't forget about my one Diet Coke daily. One cheat meal a week. Jack in the Box number 4, and tacos with Carly Fries. I'm a sick fuck.

Training 3 days on 1 day off. 2-3 muscle groups a session. 2 hours. Life is fuckin good. Today is my off day. Going to start tomorrow. Will be very detailed on my workout, diet, gear regiment. Going to be an awesome 5 weeks I hope you guys follow me along this Journey.

Nice! I just saw this! Although I have seen the combo pill packs from EP for a while. Drink lots of water and watch your sodium & mineral intake. I am almost sure! You will gain the 10 lbs! Good luck and can’t wait to see you reach your goal! Vacation is one time I love to look good ....at least until the end ! Lol. Avoid the buffets! Lol

Day Starts at 5:00am
5:45, 1st meal, whey protein shake. Two and a half cups of uncooked oatmeal, scoop of brow sugar. One scoop of athletic greens.

9:00, 7 oz of beef 300 grams of rice.
11:00, 7 oz of beef 300 grams of rice
2:00, 7 oz of beef 300 grams of rice

Going to take 10mg Viagra at 2:30 and one 50mg Dbol/Drol. Can't wait to see how this feels. I read you get literally instance strength gainz. So pumped to see how this is going to potentially change my physique!!!

3:00, 100 grams of oatmeal pre-workout out. Been experimenting with different pre-workout right now I'm taking Gorilla mind. One and a half of the stimulant and one scoop of stimulant free. Usually veins are popping hardcore and always have a good pump.

4:00, 2 hour training session. Today is going to be chest and back. I'll record my actual sets and exercises later on in the night after I complete the workout.

6:30, Today is Friday so it's cheat meal night. Going to have Jack in the Box, can't fucking wait.

9:00 7oz beef 300 grams of rice

Always have a pump. All around a great feeling. So much different then 500mg. Hunger is through the roof!

That’s what I’ve heard about going from 5 hundo to 750-1g… night and day… also heard that’s when most people start getting the estrogen related sides too, which has me wary and nervy to deviate from the 500 that had been so good to me, zero sides. Gonna have to raise the bar at some point tho.

600mg is the max for me as well but I bump it to 750 last 4 weeks of cycle.

I'd like to someday, life is just so busy right now. I have alot to bring up as well. Maybe next year I'll do a show. I just will not be that guy that looks like he shouldn't be there.

Right now I don't have any side effects no bloat acne nothing. But I am having to take 3 mg of Adex MWF.

Running 500 mg I take nothing. I did notice I had symptoms of nipples last week. So nipped that in the but quick. Might back off to 2mg a week. I pen Monday, Wednesday, Friday. I've noticed Adex is making me dry as fuck! Estro might be to low.

I just will not grow tits. Can't let that happen. No fuckin way. Other then that, Sex Drive is just fucking stupid. I don't even like it. The wife can't put out enough, lol

All right, just finished up my 2 and 1/2 hour workout. Went a little longer than I wanted. Met a guy that wouldn't shut the fuck up, couldn't escape for at least 20 minutes, fuckmylife.

Shoulders and back day,

What a great fucking work out really beat my fucking ass in there. 6 different exercises keeping in rep range of 15 to 20. God I love working shoulders. When it's shoulder day I wake up excited, lol. Went to failure on everything. If you guys care about specific exercises I do, I can elaborate more if people want.

I do 20min cardo stair stepper 5 times a week. I feel like he keeps me a little more lean.

Ok so gear I'm taking.

1,000mg Test a week/ MWF
250mg Deca a week.
10mg Cialis ed.
Dbol/Drol 50mg 7:00am going to start tomorrow!!! Can't wait! Was going to start today, but forgot them at home. Won't happen again. Been doing hardcore research last few days. Going to start week one 50mg a day then bump it up to 100mg a day! I'm so dialed in life is great. Making gainz weekly, keeping me insanely motivated!

Tomorrow is legs with my buddy who is trying to go pro. So ill be destroyed tomorrow for sure. If you love leg day, you're not hittin it hard enough!!
