I’ve read all kinds of things and watched a bunch of videos about this. I started 2 weeks ago so I’m taking 2iu a day in the am soon as I wake up. I plan on going up to 4-5 ius a day. Does it really make a difference when you take it and do you have to split the dose ? I’ve read taking it based on goals . Like fat loss , take before cardio . Taking it Pre and pwo for more muscle building . Or taking it b4 bed ? I wana know what others are doing and what’s working for you.
