Be honest,

Last time you were at the doctors, or last time you self-checked your blood pressure, what were your numbers?

Or better yet, where does your BP typically lie on and off cycle? What are your highs and lows?

130/70 controlled though w/10mg Lisinopril daily. Since I don’t do “wet” cycles it pretty much stays there on or off.

I get white coat syndrome plus I have hypertension and 140/82 I believe was the last reading and of course the cuff never fits my arm lol I always tell them to change it but they never listen I never understand why smh
That was a good reading for me my bp meds have been doing well

130s/60ish - on Lasartan and Amlodipine.

Stays pretty consistent except for when I am running Tren.

Took it immediately before typing my answer here........ 131/64
That's a little bit off of my "normal range" I'm normally textbook around 120/80 sometimes 117/76...in that neighborhood.
I am running some Deca right now along with Test, Mast, and Tbol....so surely these are having some impact.
The only real difference is the Deca this time instead of NPP. I guess the NPP is dryer, so I don't get any elevated BP.

pfft 119 / 60 - dry. Wanted to reset T3 values since I was on T3 for 2 months straight. No BP meds or gear.

114/71 this morning on 250 test and 300 deca/week.

On TRT only it stays at 102/52, if I run my test higher and add a little deca I’ve had it as high as 135/80

1,000mg test, 250mg Deca a week. 10mg Cialis, 5mg Viagra ed.

115/57

Cuff size is extremely important. Using the wrong cuff size can skew the results dramatically. That's like elementary level shit lol. Surprised your doc doesn't know that.
