    I am obese class 2 or something like that based on last week’s dr appt. A guy fatter than me but less weight score better. Idiotic.

    For me, I would need to be my high school weight to be at the right BMI

    It isn’t suitable for lifters.

    In the military if you fail the BMI, they then tape you to measure bodyfat percentage

    IMO you need both. “Weight” isn’t telling the whole picture.

    If it did, all of this years Olympia contenders would be considered morbidly obese
