Alright everyone, I’m back at it
I’m pleased to announce I’ll be running a log this fall, gonna try to bulk up as much as possible, really see how big I can get before I turn 30 in December. I’ve been pretty much cruising and half-ass maintaining all summer because I’ve been all over. Now it’s time to wind down a bit. Just sold a house, bought a new one, and finally getting settled in. It’s time to get my ass back in gear (pun intended).

I will be running with GC of course (unsponsored), and I’m super excited to get back in a routine with this log. I find that it pushes me when I’m not competing and as always, I love the feedback from you guys. I like to stick with short esters because I just feel better on them and it’s easy to adjust if something feel’s off. I don’t mind high frequency of pinning so it just works out better for me.

Here’s what I plan to run for 12 weeks:
NPP/TPP Blend (125mg ea/per mL) @1mL M/W/F
Test ISO (200mg/mL) @.5mL M/W/F

Additionally, will have GC’s injectable SuperDrol (40mg/mL) for preworkout use, only using on heavy squat/deadlift days @.5mL, 1 hour preworkout

Will take Aromasin 12.5mg E3D, and have Nolvadex on-hand in case any estro sides rear their heads

Just donated blood about 3 weeks ago, feeling great and ready to hit this running. Just finished my first workout of the log today and will start my pinning this evening.

Close grip T-Bar Rows (barbell in a corner with the close-grip neutral row attachment):
I like to use the 25lb plates instead of 45’s, just makes it easier to get full ROM for each rep

Yeah I feel like I’ve done well with maintaining my size and strength through the summer even with being all over the place and not running a cycle.

5 min stair master warm-up

Low Bar Back Squats:
135X15

225 - 2X8 (used an ultra low box for these, super slow tempo going down, as soon as I reached the box, explode up)

275 - 3X3 (tempo squats, 3 seconds down, 1 second pause, explode up)

Walking lunges:
25 meters X3
Super Set w/Seated Leg Curls:
135lbs - 3X15

Lying Leg Curls:
150lbs - 4X8 (last set, 4 second negative each rep)

Thanks brother! So honestly, it’s hit or miss on whether I’m home or not because I don’t travel with any gear, but typically I cruise on 200mg of Test ISO a week

Well gents, hit a snag today. Yesterday I had to get the vaccine. Got slammed with a counseling yesterday from our O-6 stating that we were all to get vaccinated by the 15th (this Friday) or be processed for removal from active service. So I had to get it to continue to provide for my family, against my wishes. So I went and got it around noon yesterday, and since about 8PM last night, I have felt like absolute death. I’m not a guy that gets sick, EVER. And this is the worst I’ve felt in years. I got the J&J shot because I’d rather just get 1 and be done, plus I don’t like the idea of anything mRNA. This isn’t political for me, it’s simply the idea that I have served faithfully for 12 years after enlisting at 17, and that’s how much it all means. “Get a shot, or fuck you and get out.”
Pretty shitty.

Anyways, this was mainly just an update and to say I’d likely not train today. Just pounding water, magnesium, D3, NAC, and aspirin. Stay healthy men.

I served too and now work for a military contractor and was told the same: get the shot or get out. So like you, I have to feed the family so got them fuckin shot. It’s political with me as in I’m not anti vax, I’m pro freedom. This tyrannical mandate is not what you and I serve/served our country for bro.

Well, if my experience is to serve you at all, and you decide to go with the J&J (I would), take an aspirin about an hour before you go get it, and when the sickness hits later in the evening, take aspirin to control the fever, and drink at least a gallon and a half of water throughout the day.
My wife’s friend is a nurse and that was the advice she gave me. Hope it helps brother. Stay nasty.

Single arm cable Tricep Ext’s:

Reverse grip single arms tricep Ext’s:
20lbs - 3X10

Took it pretty easy this morning, still feeling a bit shitty. I found out that apparently the J&J vaccine triggers an insane inflammation response in prior injuries, so that explains why my lower back feels like I’ve re-herniated a disc for no reason. Cheers gents

Haha that may be the best physique compliment I’ve ever gotten, thanks a lot man. I’d love to be 230 and lean we’ll see how this bulk comes out. As far as NPP goes, if you’ve had problems with Deca, I encourage NPP forsure. I typically have zero side effects with NPP whereas with Deca I ALWAYS get puffy and the ED symptoms associated with nandrolones. Glad to have you along for the ride

Will likely be taking it easy tomorrow since my lower back is still giving me some issues, my unit physician’s assistant gave me a 5 day course of prednisone to assist in getting the inflammation down, and I plan on getting into the chiropractor tomorrow. I’ll report back afterwards I’ll likely go and get some legs in and just forego the movements that put direct pressure on my lumbar spine

Sadly that's few and far between I am afraid, and as I work for a hospital had to get the jab even though I work remotely (as I am in IT) and only go onsite occasionally. All it took was an email and a Teams meeting for me and my team to get the message. Just lost 2 members of my team because of that.
