    Well, prior to my Chiro visit this evening I went in to get some legs in, canít let something like some herniated discs get in the way of these legs

    Hereís what it looked like:

    Belted Squat Machine (I do these standing on the large rubber Rogue blocks so I can sit deep below parallel and keep my ROM as much the same as a traditional squat as possible):
    90lbs X15
    110lbs X12
    140lbs X10
    180lbs X8
    200lbs - 3X5

    Hammer Strength Hack Squat:
    230lbs X12
    270lbs X10
    320lbs - 3X8

    Seated Leg Curls:
    75lbs X15
    140lbs - 4X10

    Had to cut it short to get to my appointment. The appointment went well, my guy has been working with me for about 4 years, so he can really tell when Iím jacked up. Said this may be the tightest Iíve ever been on my left side and not much better on my right, wants to see me again Friday, so hopefully tomorrow Iíll have a bit of relief. Pretty sore as I lay here right now after he sorted me out. Iíll be hitting some Shoulders and Triís in the AM though. Have a great night men

    Nice you getting that alignment job done and I'm kinda due for one too as I'm kinda jacked up in the back and left hip...

    Had to do some training this morning so unfortunately I couldnít lift at the regular gym, still got some work in, did this little circuit:

    Strict wide grip pull-ups (10 reps)
    S/S with
    Bent over Barbell rows (185lbs) (8 reps)
    S/S with
    Alternating Dumbbell Curls (35ís) (8 reps)
    S/S with
    Hanging Leg raises (12 reps)

    Did 8 sets total, first 3 sets of the rows, did 135 twice, and 155 once, then bumped up to 185

    Was super pumped by the end, finished that last set of pull-ups with 8, not 10. Definitely a good quick back smoker

    Ended everything with 2 sets of farmers walkís of 50 meters with 40lb kettle bells

    Squats felt great this morning which was awesome after the back back issue I was having last week. Was pretty much sitting on the ground at the bottom of each rep take pride in the depth. Promise Iíll get some photos in tomorrow gents, sorry Iíve slacked on that

    Alright, so I did something a bit different yesterday and this morning. Yesterday, I trained back and biís, but really just focused on my lats and vertical pulling movements, like pull-ups, lay Pulldowns, straight arm lay pulldowns.
    This morning, it was a focus on my lower back, and mid-back (traps). Did Front Squats, Deadlifts, and heavy close grip cable rows. Honestly, felt incredible, and today after my training I feel just overall pumped like Hell. No idea what inspired this, it was something I have read anywhere, it just kinda happened that way. Tomorrow, Iíll likely hit some upper chest by doing some incline bench and then do some hammer strength chest press and just focus on the pump. Iím really trying to do some different things with my training to keep my body guessing. This NPP/TPP blend from GC is superb. My joints feel amazing, Iím sleeping great, and the alpha feeling is definitely taking over. Super excited for the next few weeks.

    That is great to hear! ! Probably got a good raise in ďfeel goodĒ chems running through you. Definitely ride that wave and do whatever you like(training wise) because it is a positive sign your body likes it! Changing your style or adapting are both good. Some 8-12 week programs, I donít even work a lagging muscle group.

    Example- Iíve done a blast with no Biceps or traps (direct exercises) and focused on Heavy Big Powerlifts and Weighted Body Exercises; all the sudden , I have bigger Arms & Traps.

    Hammer Strength Isolateral Wide Chest Press:
    2 plates on each side X15
    3 plates on each side X12
    3 plates + 10 ea X8
    3 plates + 25 ea - 3X6

    Flat Barbell Competiton Bench:
    135X15
    225X10
    275X1 - Competiton style from here on, 2 sec pause at bottom, 2 second hold at top after rep before racking bar
    295X1
    315X1
    330X1
    340X1

    Incline DB Bench:
    95ís X10
    110ís - 3X8

    Single Arm Cable Bicep Curl angle from the side:
    30lbs - 4X8 each side

    Pec Deck chest flye machine:
    220lbs - 3X12

    A lot of weight moved today, no pain anywhere. The time for gains is here guys will post a pic once I get home
